A charming home with a lived-in feel, it’s the perfect place for a peaceful getaway while still being only 10 minutes from downtown Indianapolis’ top attractions. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing stay or an adventure-filled trip, this location offers the best of both worlds.

Enjoy direct access to Marott Park, known for its scenic walking trails, and unwind by the riverfront, where the tranquil sounds of the water and the surrounding nature provide the ultimate relaxation spot. With river rocks lining the White River, you can sit by the water and bask in the sun’s warmth or enjoy your favorite book.

This property features two large decks—perfect for cooking out, entertaining, or simply enjoying nature. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. Each unit offers three comfortable bedrooms on the upper level, and the North side (larger duplex) includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Both kitchens are stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for up to 16 guests, including dishes, pots, pans, and dinnerware. The bathrooms come with plush towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy streaming and local TV channels for your entertainment. With key-coded doors, you’ll have easy access to the property, ensuring a smooth and convenient stay.

For larger groups, consider renting both units of this rustic duplex—ideal for family reunions or group getaways! An extra cleaning/laundry fee ($150) will be added for the 2nd unit if you chose to book both and have access to 6 bedrooms!!

Great Stay!

Myself and five friends (all moms) stayed at this duplex (we stayed on both sides) while we were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Lisa was a wonderful hostess and communication with her was great. We all agreed that we would definitely stay in this home again and are already planning our next trip.

this is our 4th year staying at this location for our annual event at Butler University. Plenty of space, parking, and beds. Large living rooms make for fun gathering spaces. 10/10 recommend

Great spot!

Lisa was very responsive and helpful throughout entire process. Thank you! The setting is very charming with the trees and river. Also in a nice area of town with Broad Ripple close by.House is very comfortable and charming. Had lots of kitchen items for easy cooking and in good condition. Very minor items to consider…..the units don’t really connect inside so keep that in mind if have younger kids (Wasn’t an issue for us with teens) and the windows could use curtains for darkening for sleep. Would stay here again on another trip to Indy!

Location location location!!

For the price and location, this duplex rental definitely cant be beat!! The only downfalls were all the stairs, no dishwasher and its right by a busy road so you can hear traffic. This is a beautiful older home/duplex. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. My husband just had knee surgery so probably not the best choice, lol. Would be fine for most parties but would not be great for elderly. The property was beautiful though and overall everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is its walkability and the easy access to nature. Marott Park, right next to our property, is a true hidden gem—perfect for leisurely walks, peaceful moments by the river, or simply soaking in the beauty of the outdoors. The White River itself adds a sense of tranquility that makes it feel like you’re escaping the city, even though you’re so close to everything.
