The home was very nice and clean! Very stocked and had all the necessities you would need, which really came in handy when realizing we forgot some things.

This was the nicest house I have ever rented. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and the decor was stunning. The host literally thought of everything. She even went above and beyond and added special touches!

Family Christmas

This property was perfect for our family Christmas, with several members coming in from out of town. The location was convenient, close to the city, airport and shopping. Plenty of room for everyone in bedrooms as well as common areas. Cleanliness was exceptional, great communication with host, and many extras.

Beautiful home with everything you need

The home was beautiful, very clean and the perfect setup for multiple families. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts have provided many small items which was a very nice touch. Parking is on the street but we never had any problems finding space for 4 vehicles. Highly recommend!

Visiting Indianapolis for wedding.

Great house ! Perfect for a large family. Wish we had time to use the fire pit! Loved all of the extra toiletries, coffee, tea , snacks and water . Great Hosts! They thought of everything we would need. Really appreciated staying at a place that didn’t require you to clean!

Indy stay

Kennethpmansfield@gmail.com This house is perfect in every way, the attention to detail is beyond requirements. We have stayed in many house rentals in the USA and this is one of the best. We were a group of mature adults and this suited us perfectly….. I would suspect a family would find this just as perfect. We will be back in the future to stay again in this beautiful property House management and communication was great.

Our host was top notch. She was quick to reply before I booked and during our stay when I had questions. The house was beautiful, very well stocked and even had snacks. The beds are also sneaky comfortable. When you sit on them you think they are going to be firm but then they wrap around you and keep you cozy for a great nights sleep. Bernadette thinks of everything you might need - if you forgot something she has thought of it and its there for you. It was also great to have so much room and the upstairs area where people can chill. I cant wait to come back and enjoy this house during the spring.

Thank you so much for the kind words, this truly means a lot to us. I love your “sneaky comfortable” bed description 😄 and I’m so glad you felt cozy and well taken care of. You were a wonderful guest, and we’d love to have you back, especially in the spring.

Wonderful stay

We loved everything about this cozy home. We are a family of 9 and had plenty of room to spread out and sleep. We enjoyed the first floor for meals, games and tv watching. The open concept really made us all feel connected even if we doing different things. The upstairs has a large loft area for times we wanted to be in a quiet spot for reading, working and resting. The location is amazing. Just a short drive to Broad Ripple and downtown Indy made this home perfectly situated. All the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms well stocked, lots of board games and puzzles and a very well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Check out was so simple! And Bernadette was quick to respond all during the booking process and again while we were there. Would recommend this home.
