Fabulous location right on the Banks of the Beaverhead River. located upstream from Pipe Organ Bridge, This 4 Bed 3 bath house is the perfect place for a fly fishing getaway. Riverside deck and BBQ. This is a great place to end a day of guided fishing, have dinner and continue till dark. Boat access right out back with exclusive access to wade fishing.
Down stream from Clark Canyon Reservoir and the Buffalo Lodge steakhouse.

The house was just as expected. Great location . Right on the river with scenic views on all sides. The house is huge. Large kitchen, living room, and plenty of bedrooms. It was a great base for fly fishing in several different rivers in the area. Definitely recommend.

We love this place, and James is excellent to work with. It’s great for kids and perfect access for fishing. We have been coming for a few years, and will keep doing it!

Six of us stayed for an elk hunting trip to Dillon. We used to stay at another location but we liked the place way better than the old one. We will definitely try to book this again next year.

A much needed vacation.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable space for our family of seven. Lots of fun watching for animals and we caught some fish late in the evenings.

Great Location

Great location if your fishing the river, you could even stop in for lunch if you start on the upper stretches of the Beaverhead. Clean and plenty of room for everyone.

Annual guys fishing trip

Great location to the Beaverhead River and Bighole River. James was awesome to work with during our stay. We had everything we needed at the house. No issues what so ever, totally satisfied.

Perfect fly fishing retreat

This was our third stay at this property. It’s perfect for a group of fly fishermen. It’s clean and comfortable. It’s easily capable of sleeping 5 fishermen…and the fishing on the property is great. There is also about a mile of accessible river just down the road (access through a closed gate). We will be back. It’s a great value with the Beaverhead river just out the door.

Family reunion

On the occasion of the baptism of a grandson, the whole family was able to be together for a few days. The house was a perfect size, the grounds accommodated kids. Cousins were able to spend time together. It is a gathering that probaby won't happen again for several years. I had no direct contact with the property manager so the rating is neutral.

Huge living area. Everything worked. Cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. Not close to town so have all food etc with you. A lot of fun animals live on the property. Great paved road that is basically unused so fabulous to walk, jog, stroll with the grandchild.

Beaverhead fishing trip

Thank you. The place was excellent and very clean!! We truly appreciated James bringing out a new propane tank when we had some steaks ready to go. We had a great time and i highly recommend the house. The river out back and the pipe organs in the front. Truly an awesome place to be. We went fishing with Andersen & Platt and caught plenty of big browns and rainbow. Heading back to a comfortable house after a great day on the river was the perfect end of the day. Thanks again!! We had a blast!! The Mahlers

We had a great time at James’s place. Super convenient for fishing the Beaverhead, the reservoir, or anything in that area. Only about 10 minutes from town. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Would stay there again.

Another great trip to the Pipe Oregon House. The Place has been updated with new carpets and was very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for home cooked meals. Will be going back next year. Thank you James!

Beautiful location, spotless house

Spotlessly clean, roomy house. Great for our group. View of river to the south and cliff face to north. Very well-equipped kitchen. We had a working retreat and the extra large table was a fantastic place to gather.
