Quiet, comfortable, and very clean 2 bedroom cabin in close proximity to all things outdoors. Bring your family or meet some friends as you ski, fish, hunt, or travel to Yellowstone. Amazing sunsets can be seen from the patio while you grill up an evenings dinner. Zero city noise and all the benefits of home. Take a country walk from your front porch in the morning and drink coffee while watching the deer graze the adjoining hay fields. Rest up and enjoy The Gatehouse.

Though the picture looks like this is a single rural home it is part of a 3-home compound. Unfortunately for us the large main home had a loud hard partying group who didn’t shut down until midnight each night. Parking was a challenge with their ATVs and boats not parked in the overflow lot but stacked close to our one spot. Add a kids bouncy house in the yard and we felt like we were anywhere but rural MT. We had booked a week but be forewarned, the kitchen is not equipped for in home cooking, a couple horrible pans that are too scratched to even scramble eggs. We left two days early. We come to Dillon several times a year but will not rebook here.

Seeing Family

The cabin was cute and was in a great location for us to visit with family in the area. It was just outside of Dillon but close enough to drive back in if we needed anything. The valley was beautiful with mountain views at very turn. We were close to many attractions that we were able to do in day trips. We would stay here again when in the area with family.

Great home away from home

Convenient. Close to town and other attractions. Be sure to check out Bannack State Park. Numerous places to fly fish. Looking for a place to relax, I would recommend this cabin highly. Very clean and well stocked.
