Beautiful West Midtown Suite #1, Minutes from Everything

You will feel right at home in this charming neighborhood that is minutes from the dining and shopping scene of West Midtown, Midtown, and Buckhead as the well outdoor spaces of Piedmont Park and the Atlanta BeltLine. Lovely walkable area with nearby parks, a variety of restaurants, and a grocery store. Just a short ride away from anywhere in the city - Your ideal Atlanta location. Our main level suite is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small groups.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire upper-level suite. Please note that there is an adjoined yet completely separate space in the lower level of the home that is also available for other parties. Access to the upper-level suite requires the ability to walk upstairs. The master suite comes with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with double sinks. The remaining rooms share a bathroom with a shower and tub. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has a full.

There is an office area available if you are traveling for work or need to bring work along with you while you travel. There is also a TV/hangout room on the far side of the house, perfect if part of your party wants to stay up while the rest turn in for the night.

The kitchen is supplied with coffee needs as well as pots and pans if you decide to cook from home. A dishwasher and detergent are available if needed. Towels, bath needs (including hairdryers), bedding, and linens are provided for all guests.

The outdoor common areas are available for all guests to enjoy. The closer driveway (by the garage) and street parking are available if you come with a car.

**Please note the further driveway is reserved for guests in the lower level suite only**

Comfy and Clean place to stay! Loved it!

We are a group of 4 girls/women who came to see the Kayoi Kusama exhibit at the High Museum. We were so impressed with the clean and comfortable place that was presented to us! It is so minimal and tastefully decorated. Brooke even had a space heater in case it was cool. There was more room than we needed and plenty of places to store your clothes.(you know women!). It was also bright and cheerful. Our stay was definitely a success due in part to this home!

Responsive owner; beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here; our time spent in the house was limited to mostly sleeping. The beds were very comfortable! There was a big snafu upon our arrival. That evening and the following morning we were unable to use kitchen (and take hot showers) due to no gas. The owner was quick to respond and worked with gas company to get it fixed quickly. Unfortunately for us, those were the two most important times for us to be cooking. Beautiful neighborhood with easy access to highway and Buckhead area.

Excellent accommodations in a quiet neighborhood

The house was very nice! It was clean and well appointed. There was lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. The location is convenient. Check in and check out were seamless. Brooke was extremely helpful and responsive in her communication. I would highly recommend the property. It was perfect for a Memorial Day family getaway. Thanks again for everything!

I just came home from a beautiful stay in Atlanta, GA. We rented this clean and modern gem in the heart of Buckhead, a super central location that's close to great restaurants, juice bars and coffee shops. Whatever you might need! The property managers were the best to work with, and took the best care of us. The home was clean and very comfortable. It was minutes from everything we needed. And a very private and quiet neighborhood. Our group loved our stay, and you will too. Check it out next time you're in the Atlanta area. You'll love this gem!

Adorable 3BR Centrally Located

Had such a great time visiting Atlanta, a lot of that was in part to this centrally located gem! House was super cute, enough room for everyone, minutes from downtown, bars, restaurants and shopping. Brooke made herself available for any question or concern we had during our stay. All around great place!

Thank you for considering our place during your stay in Atlanta. My husband and I have loved traveling together since we got married. We have be able to travel around a lot of the US and have enjoyed personalizing the experience by staying in more intimate settings, like through VRBO. It only seemed natural that we would one day host ourselves.

I am an avid animal lover with two cats of my own and a passion for training dogs in basic obedience. My daytime job is in tech working with our clients on a daily basis. We are in the season of life where our family is growing and we are looking forward to the adventure of parenthood.
