New house from 2015 with indoor pool heated all year round, all comfort. Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Brignogan plage
You can enjoy swimming, diving and fishing on foot.
900 meters from the beaches.
500 meters from all shops.
Near the village of Ménéham in Kerlouan (old restored village of peasants - fishermen - seaweed fishers)
You will be 10 minutes from Lesneven, the dunes of Keremma de Plouescat, the lighthouse of the virgin island of Plouguerneau.
You can easily go to the 3 Curés leisure park in Milizac or of course in Brest (Océanopolis, Musée de la marine, etc.) or explore the islands of Ouessant, Molène, Batz.

Rental only at the weekend depending on the season or the week.
