Holiday house on the beach

Beautiful Breton holiday home in a prime location right on a small bay with a beautiful protected sandy beach.
Quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by extensive grounds, a large meadow directly in front of the house and limited, privacy-protected relaxation areas.
It is only a few meters to the beach, right behind a small dune. The topography of the beach, which is characterized by many rocks in addition to the sand, allows pleasant bathing both at low and high tide.
The house offers a wonderful view of the sea and a lighthouse (Phare de Pontusval).
The center of Brignogan-Plages is only 2 km away.
Terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, portable grill are available.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area that offers a direct view of the sea. There is also a comfortable seating area in the living room with two couches, two armchairs and two reading chairs. Here you can relax or read TV in front of the fireplace.
The recently renovated kitchen is in the adjoining room.
In a separate area there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as an adjoining toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms next to each other with a view of the Chapelle Pol (a small Breton chapel). All bedrooms have a double bed.
This floor also has a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and bidet. It offers a great view of the sea and the lighthouse.
On this floor there is also a children's room with a changing table and a cot.
In front of the house there is a terrace with a view of the sea and lighthouse.
There are several relaxation areas in the garden, which are protected from both view and wind and are therefore very suitable for reading and tanning.
The large meadow in front of the house is ideal for children. It is predestined for ball games and other activities.

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön. Das Haus und die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben und noch viel mehr. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzgruppen. Empfang und Betreuung vor Ort war herzlich.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus & Garten am Brignogan-Plage! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Hausverwalterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Großartiger Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Bretagne. Das Haus liegt fantastisch mit schönen Aussichten auf Meer und Leuchtturm. Unseren Kindern wurde nie langweilig, zusätzlich zu Muschelsuche und Sandburgen bieten sich spitzen Klettermöglichkeiten auf den Felsen im Meer! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die warme Außendusche ist genial wenn man mit 12°C Wassertemperatur baden war. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten sogar die Outdoorküche nutzen. Dank der Tipps über den Vermieter konnten wir sogar selbst Herzmuscheln sammeln und essen.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeitn in einmaliger Lage vorgefunden. Wir hatten dort mit 6 Personen wundervolle Tage. Traumurlaub

Wir waren schon ca. 30 Mal im Winter in den verschiedensten Orten in der Bretagne, aber dieses Haus ist etwas Besonderes. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und bemüht, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ebenfalls. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig, das gilt ganz besonders auch für die Bäder - in Frankreich keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig und nachts bis auf den Leuchtturm vollkommen dunkel, sodass man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Milchstraße hatte. Der angrenzende Strand mag sich für Wassersport wegen der Granitfelsen nur bedingt anbieten, das können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir Februar/März dort waren. Aber für Strandspaziergänge und um in den Felsen herumzuklettern könnte es schöner nicht sein. Ein perfekter Ort zur Erholung. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die extrem ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage, die wir sehr genossen haben, führt dazu, dass man jedenfalls im Winter für jede Besorgung das Auto nehmen muss. Aber aus unserer Sicht ist es das wert.

Traumurlaub

Die Lage des Hauses, das Grundstück mit dem großen Garten, die Einrichtung, der Strand.....alles perfekt, besser geht es nicht. Ein absoluter Traumurlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der Blick aus der Dusche auf den Atlantik, einfach unfassbar schön. Auch die warme Außendusche nach einem erfrischenden Bad im Meer ist der Hammer. Sowohl im Garten als auch im Haus kann man sich uneingeschränkt wohl fühlen. Die verschiedenen Einrichtungsstile der vielen Badezimmer sind ein Traum, einfach wunderschön. Ich komme aus dem Schwärmen garnicht mehr raus, und würde am liebsten sofort wieder zurück an diesen schönen Ort fahren. Zusammenfassend kann man nur sagen: uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, 5 Sterne plus.

Un petit paradis

Cela fait 2 fois que nous venons dans cette maison. Nous apprécions particulièrement la localisation de celle-ci et son confort. Gesundung durch Urlaub

Wir wollten Ruhe und in diesen zwei Urlaubswochen nach dem Stress von 2 Jahren Corona unsere „ Seelen baumeln lassen „ und wieder Kraft tanken für ein weiteres Jahr anstrengender Arbeit. Dies ist uns wunderbar gelungen, da das Haus in absolut jeder Hinsicht alles geboten hat, was wir dazu brauchten. Als Hobbykoch habe ich die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Küche jeden Tag genossen und konnte bei der Arbeit den Wellen und der Brandung des Meeres direkt zuschauen. Die Betten in unserem Zimmer waren so hart und weich gleichzeitig, dass wir lange und ausgiebig schlafen konnten.......der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer direkt auf das Mees war phantastisch. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und zum Umfeld des Hauses braucht man nur die Bilder anzuschauen …… genau so war es auch in der Realität. Technisch ist das Haus absolut gut ausgestattet; es stehen jede Menge von Utensilien zur Freizeitgestaltung zur Verfügung. Der unbeschränkte Zugang zu Netflix bot mir die Gelegenheit, auch einmal eine längere Serie anzuschauen. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld zum Vermieter war völlig problemlos und die nette Verwalterin war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles. Eun-Young und Gunnar

Tolle Strandlage

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus an einem Traumstrand. Der Garten ist ideal für Kinder. Auch die vielen Sitzecken und Nischen erlauben es, jederzeit in der Sonne ungestört von Blicken des vorbeilaufenden Wanderwegs zu sitzen. Umfangreiche Ausstattung von Spielen bis Fahrrädern.

Schönes Haus in Traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in erster Reihe zum Strand. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sehr persönlich gehalten. Die Ausstattung insbesondere der neuen Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Außenanlage des Gartens lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Es ist sehr ruhig. Wenn man überhaupt etwas negatives sagen wollte, dann; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind praktisch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen (was aber kein Nachteil sein sollte, sondern der schönen Lage des Hauses zu Gute kommt). Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Une location de rêve

J'avais choisi cette villa pour sa localisation : connaissant très bien la région, je savais qu'elle était située sur une des plus belles portions de la côte bretonne. Et de fait, ce fut un régal. Souvent, nous nous sommes contentés d'arpenter la côte à pied à partir de la maison, pour admirer le littoral, faire des photos et grimper sur les rochers. En raison des marées et de la météo changeante, vous êtes sûrs de ne jamais faire deux fois le même cliché ! Sinon, la maison est très bien équipée, notamment pour faire la cuisine. Les propriétaires laissent beaucoup de choses à disposition, dont une paire de jumelles qui vous permettra d'admirer l'autoroute à fous de Bassan qui passent devant les fenêtres. Et quel calme ! A part trois mignons lapins qui jouent sur la pelouse, vous ne serez pas souvent dérangés. Idéal pour un séjour relaxant - et de déconnexion numérique, car la box a un fonctionnement un peu erratique. L'accueil sur place est assurée par une dame adorable et prévenante, c'était absolument parfait. Bref, nous avons passé des vacances de rêve et nous aurions adoré prolonger au-delà de ces quinze jours de mars...
