The calm and tranquility of the place will also charm you.<br>We will be happy to welcome you in our house (labelled 4 stars by the tourist office) specially dedicated to relaxation and leisure: Petanque court, Sauna, Table football, Table tennis, wooden games, Sports and relaxation room, Leisure area for your children, several racket games, fishing equipment, ... But also a nautical pack (Paddel - Kayak) and bicycles possible on request.<br>Your Accommodation: <br>The villa "Entre Phare et Balise" is 800 M2 of enclosed land between parking (4 vehicles), petanque court, and lawn. It offers you its south-facing terrace with a large garden furniture table to share your meals and the awning with LED lighting that will extend your evenings. <br>It is also a landscaped area of 115 M2 on the ground on 2 floors and downstairs, a space totally dedicated to relaxation and leisure.<br>Is your car electric? A Green Up charging station is available to give you peace of mind.<br>On your way back from the beach, the outdoor shower is available to you to rinse off! And why not a small Sauna before enjoying the relaxation area (Sofa - Bar - Large TV screen - Board games, books, etc.).<br>The deckchairs are also at your disposal to sunbathe or to devour a good book.<br> Sports enthusiasts will certainly benefit from the bikes (elliptical - classic).<br>We have 5 bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom. The fastest will have a sea view room (small view)!<br>The living room includes the fitted kitchen and opens onto the dining room and the living room with its wood stove.<br>Is your car electric?
