Welcome to our stunning beachfront condo at Tidewater Resort! As proud owners of several top-rated properties listed on VRBO, we guarantee a memorable vacation experience. If you need more space we also have a newly acquired condo is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit (also located on the second floor), providing breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Unparalleled Convenience: Skip the long elevator lines - our condo is conveniently situated on the same floor as the walkover, granting you quick and easy access to the beach.
Luxurious Upgrades: Experience comfort and style with newly installed luxury plank flooring, a custom-built Roman shower in the remodeled bathroom, and a memory foam King bed in the master bedroom. We have also added a Queen-sized Chest Murphy bed in the living room area for additional sleeping arrangements.
Modern Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats four. Entertainment options include two flat-screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.
Resort-Style Living: Tidewater Resort offers a range of fantastic amenities, including oceanfront exercise facilities, a library, a free theater, and multiple swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) with hot tubs. You can also take advantage of the on-site café, restaurant/bar, game room, and convenience store with Starbucks (seasonal availability).
Age Requirement and Registration:
Please note that Tidewater Resort has a minimum age requirement of 25 for the registered renter. For every two guests under 25, there must be at least one guest over 25. Additionally, there is a $37 (plus tax) registration fee upon check-in. We highly recommend pre-registering at Tidewater Resort's website to avoid a $10 lobby fee.

The location of this place is awesome. Just minutes from pier park and it has a Marcos directly across the street. 2nd floor location was nice because it limited elevator time. The onsite restaurant is probably less than 50 steps away and it was really good. Definitely recommend this place.
