INDIVIDUAL HOUSE for 11 people with disabled access.

We rent a holiday house of 170m2 at 500 meters altitude in the town of Xertigny.
It has been labeled 4 ears in 2015 and "tourism handicap" in 2017.
The official capacity of the cottage is 8 people and it can accommodate a maximum of 11 people + 1 baby.
The house occupies the entire house.
It is located at the end of a dead end, in the middle of a meadow and at the edge of the forest.
The reconstruction work lasted 8 years and ended in 2015.
Animals are forbidden
Information on the property:
Old ruin rebuilt with on the ground floor, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the technical room, the bathroom and the room "reduced mobility". There is possibility to add a single bed in this room or in the second one.
On the first floor, the extra bedroom with a screen for a couple and two parental suites with their adjoining bathrooms.
On the second floor: the children's room with sloping ceilings with 3 single beds, a washbasin and a WC.
Everything is included in the price (charges, cleaning, wifi, telephone, linens ...) except the supplement and the tourist tax which is 1.5 € per day and per adult.
The supplement includes sheets and towels. It is 5 € per person. So you will not worry about making and undoing your beds and you will not have to take cumbersome towels that will be wet on the way back. With this supplement, your stay will really be perfect.
Information on handicap facilities:
Approved Tourism and Handicap on July 26, 2017 for a period of 5 years. A room for a person with reduced mobility with a medical bed, with the possibility of equipping it with its stem and its protection bars. An adjoining bathroom perfectly accessible. A wheelchair is at your disposal in the house.
It is also equipped for the mentally handicapped, visually impaired and hard of hearing.

The house is 6 km from the center of XERTIGNY. therefore, enter the address correctly in your GPS. the mobile phone goes badly around and it is not always possible to reach us on site with. We have signs in the immediate vicinity of the house.
