Tous les équipements présents sont décrits avec précision. Pour ce court séjour, ces voyageurs ont rendu le logement sale et en désordre. Plusieurs heures de ménage -non rémunérées- ont été nécessaires pour le remettre en état.

Le logement est conforme en tous points aux photos. Aucun objet n'est cassé, sauf si certains voyageurs dégradent exprès. Aucune mauvaise odeur dans le logement avant la venue de ces voyageurs.
