Gorgeous Townhouse located on Mobay's Hip Strip @ Chatham Palms, Sunset Blvd and a mere 5 minutes drive from the airport. Set in a gated Community with a warm pool and 24hr gym with immediate access to both public and private beaches. Wifi and cable are provided as part of your stay and for an additional fee, an available cook and driver to meet you needs. Local excursions and attractions include Dolphin's Cove, YS Falls, Half Moon Equestrian farm and Pony Park, Margarittaville, Doctor's Cave. Local eatery's and fanfare include, Pier 1, The Pelican, Usain Bolt's Tracks and Records, Scotchie's, Pork Pit, Italian, Indian. Local supermarkets, casino, movie theater, gym, shopping centers, money gram, dentist, urgent care, police, banks, hardware, bowling alley, and arcade all located within 10-15 minutes drive from the townhouse. You will never be without activity...come experience it all!

Great location

The property is in a safe, quiet compound, It is spacious, clean and with all the necessary utilities including washing and dryer. My lower rating is mainly because of the cockroaches flying from the air conditioner in my room, and the fact that there is no toilet downstairs. Otherwise I highly recommend the property for holidays.

Brandon & Andrew are great ppl . I booked this place the night before . Best decision ever , gated community, walking distance from most things . & a pool on site . Brandon was very understanding & helpful. Very quiet neighborhood & amazing breeze. Andrew stopped by to welcome us & blessed us with a glass of wine for sis birthday . Thank you guys I will be back soon

I would definitely book with Brandon again. The property was located in a excellent part of the strip. It was within walking distance of everything. The neighborhood was gated and quiet. Overall it was a wonderful location, property, and experience!!
