Great stay! The complimentary spa access was great, and we loved the view from the room. Pool/beach areas were both excellent, and we loved being able to use the bike path along the beach to get down to South Beach.

Such a beautiful hotel and the unit was perfect for 3 besties to meet up for a 5-day girls trip. The host was wonderful and answered questions happily and quickly. The pullout bed was comfortable. We will be back!

Nice suite with a great view of the pool and resort grounds from the balcony. Pool areas are superb. Host was a very good communicator and helpful. Fontainebleau was having some issues at check in, but once these got resolved then we enjoyed our stay.

Unit was great and view overlooking the pool area and beach was amazing. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the unit and owner swapped out immediately with a new one.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The room is as pictured, on the 4th floor facing the pool. The fridge and microwave were great, along with the coffee machine in the room. No issues with AC and never heard outdoor music. Access to the spa was a great perk. Easy uber ride to dinner spots. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice place

Room is nice , as described . We had an issue with the air conditioner , host had it handled in a timely manner. The hotel itself is pretty strict about the pool area . Our bags were searched every time we went in and out , it did get a bit annoying.

Hi Kala, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in the unit. The pool area is not managed by the host rather than Fontainebleau Hotel, we will forward your feedback to the appropriate department and appreciate your patience and hope for your understanding. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to have the pleasure hosting you again.

Great Space

We booked this room a few weeks before arriving and the deal for a holiday weekend was great. Our room overlooked all the pools and had a view of the ocean too. The residential side of the building was great. To our surprise, the patio doors are basically soundproof. The pool music is quite loud, but we could barely hear anything when the door was closed.

Beach and ocean gorgeous

Beach and ocean gorgeous and common areas clean and comfortable Room basic and patio in need of refurbished. Shower drained slowly and left you standing in dirty water. Extra fees added to almost everything making it a very expensive vacation 25 for 1 cocktail. Umbrella staff on beach unpleasant and rude Don’t dare move your bed or umbrella out of line or you’ll be shouted at. Won’t be back!

It was a pleasure hosting you Deborah and we are sorry to hear about the challenges during your stay and appreciate we appreciate your feedback about the room, helping us address any concerns. Unfortunately we have no jurisdiction over resort prices as we only own the condo made available to our guests at a great value. Beach staff are also employed by the resort, regardless we've forwarded your feedback to them.

This is our third visit in the Sorrento tower, and overall it’s an amazing experience. If I had to be critical of a few minor items, the check in experience can be quite lengthy. There only seems to ever be one person working the desk at Trèsor. I was only the third person in line and I waited at least 40 minutes to check in.Second, if you have an Ocean View suite like we always get, the flashing blue police lights all night from Miami’s finest, who are keeping an eye on the Liv nightclub in the wee hours of the night (which we are thankful for!) can be a bit annoying when you’re trying to sleep. Lastly, we paid extra for housekeeping to come mid-way through our stay and all we got was a fresh towel change. So for 80, I was expecting an actual cleaning. Other than these minor annoyances, you really are in for an amazing stay. The FB is an amazing hotel and the beach, pool, and beach service is outstanding.

Great spot... wonderful location

Overall I would give the property 4.8 stars. A few points get deducted for, A: The abysmal water pressure in the shower (you just could not feel clean after a shower, regardless of how long you stood in there), contrasted with the FIRE HOSE that comes blasting out of the bathroom faucet when you turn it on; and B: Paying the $75 for housekeeping to come one of the days and all they did was exchange our towels and empty the trash (no bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, etc.). But taking everything into consideration, it's a wonderful suite in the Fountainbleu! What else can you ask for? Pool staff was great and the bar was a fun scene throughout the day. We'll definitely be back.

Good

Overall condo was good but not 5-star. The balcony faces another building. The best view is through the window by desk however the windows were very dirty (on the outside- not the condo owner fault). Also, the hallway on the floor desperately needed vacuuming. One small hassle to condo is you have to key in 2-doors to get into unit and can hear everyone the “sister unit” occupants came/went. Condo itself was clean and somewhat updated.

We were a family of four staying in this room and had more than enough room. From beginning to end the stay was smooth and comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with and very clear. We really enjoyed our time. Highly recommend.
