FONTAINEBLEAU Hotel Tresor Junior Ocean View Suite

36th Floor Junior Suite in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Tresor Tower.

Relax and unwind with 526 square feet of elegant space featuring a sitting area and a sofa with a full-size pull-out. This unit includes a mini-refrigerator, sink and microwave in the kitchenette.
Guests will have access to all of the hotel amenities in addition to 2 Lapis spa passes daily.(no services included, only access pass)

Bed setup: Suite sleeps 4 guests comfortably between 1 hotel king size bed and a full size sleeper sofa. One additional rollaway bed may be rented from the hotel at an additional cost of $60/night plus tax.

​​​​​​​We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee. Upon check in please consult with the Front Desk to arrange a cleaning schedule based on your preferences.

Please note the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge, not included in the rate, has been increased affecting reservations booked after January 15th, 2024. Slight changes may still apply to the information below.

DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $155 + tax (no service provided during stay).

Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $155 plus tax.

Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.

We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance.

Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.

Other details to note:

HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid.

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.
