You will love the great light and comfort of this condo and the breathtaking views of the Ozark mountains (including the 7th hold of the Ledgestone golf course). Ride Time Traveler at Silver Dollar City by day, enjoy the sites and shows of Branson at night, or relax on the patio and listen to the soothing sounds of the Ozarks. World class shopping and shows are all located on the Branson strip 10 minutes away. Stay and enjoy Table Rock Lake.

If you are planning on spending some time at Siver Dollar City, you are only about a mile away, so close you can hear the legendary train whistle while sitting on the back deck enjoying the view of the Ozark hills!

Located in Notch Estates, a quiet complex in the middle of over 300 acres of wooded Ozark mountains. Our queen bed has a comfortable 4-inch foam topper to give you the extra comfort of a great night of sleep away from home. There is a brand new and very comfortable sofa (with queen size sleeper) and large TV in the living room so you can unwind after a fun day on the lake or in Branson. This condo has a full sized, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and includes everything you might need, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. Included are cable, a smart tv and free wi fi. The unit has just 1 flight of stairs up to it with plenty of parking right in front of the building. Also, we do offer boat and trailer parking (unavailable in many other condo resorts).

Close to Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake and also puts you just minutes away from the dazzle of shows, several lake docks and marinas, and the many activities that await you on the Branson strip. There are two pools in the resort, the large main pool, and another smaller pool with zero entry access, a great place to hang out with little ones. There is also a playground and basketball goal. To top it all off, there are multiple hiking trails around the property. You can bring your fishing poles and hike down in the valley to a great little catch and release fishing lake. If you're looking for an updated, comfortable and happy condo that is quiet and out of the traffic of the Branson Strip, but close to Silver Dollar City, this is the place!

What a fantastic unit, and only minutes away from both the Branson Historic Downtown and The 76 Strip. Wonderful condo with a great (and private) view of the woods off of the back deck. The owners communication was perfect…thorough, clear, and timely. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable, and has everything you need to get started on your stay. There is a Dollar General just a mile or two away for any quick supply needs. Christene, Scott, and the crew at Branson Lakes Landing were all great, and we highly recommend this property.

My stay was excellent. Comfortable living area furniture. Nice view from the deck and good deck table and chairs. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed was a little too soft for my liking, but I don’t discount for that as everyone has different preferences in the firmness of the bed, so you can’t find a bed that is perfect for everyone. The attached photo is the view from the deck.

It was a beautiful area, very cozy and neatly decorated condo. We just had one night so I wish we could’ve had more time. The pools close at 10pm, just FYI. We were going to take a late swim a little after 10 and it was closed. But, not the hosts fault and it wasn’t a big deal. Loved watching SDC fireworks from the back porch! It was like your own personal show. I do wish the check out was at least 11am instead of 10am, especially with a 4pm check-in. That was the only negative I have.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The apartment was clean and was plenty spacious for the two of us. We loved that it was close to everything Branson has to offer while being far enough away from the main roads you aren’t bothered by traffic noise. We didn’t go to SDC this time, but next time we do we will be sure to book this place again!

Loved this Place!

Me and my wife stayed for a weekend getaway before Christmas. We loved this place, it was a perfect stay for us. Only about a mile and half from Silver Dollar City, it’s in a great location. It was very clean, and the owners were very nice. They have a nice place, with a Beautiful view! We are thankful for getting to stay here.
