Experience Lake Martin at it's best! The best view anywhere on the lake and the most amazing sunsets. This 3 bedroom penthouse condominium is second to none. Located at Crowne Pointe, a resort-style community. This condo is exquisitely decorated, comfortably sleeps 6 to 8. Your boat slip is a short walk away, along with access to two pristine infinity pools, one with zero entry. Lake Martin is the premier recreational lake in the state of Alabama. By water, Crowne Pointe is 5 minutes to Chimney Rock, the Ridge Marina and Chuck’s Marina and Pizza, 15 minute boat ride to Kowaliga, 30 miles from Auburn, 45 miles from Montgomery, 80 miles from Birmingham and two hours from Atlanta. This condo is the perfect getaway.

Wake up to an amazing open water view. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large windows looking out on the lake, a large walk-in closet, a private bath with jacuzzi tub, granite countertops, and a separate shower. This luxury condominium has a large flat screen TV and a private covered porch. The second bedroom has a queen size bed that has a private bathroom. The third loft bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom, as well. There is a blue ray player in the great room, along with high end stereo and speaker system.

The open kitchen provides everything you would expect from a luxury condominium, including upgraded appliances, an ice maker, and granite countertops. No stacking here. Our separate laundry room has a full washer and dryer.

You won’t need to leave your laptop at home. This condo is equipped with High Speed Wi-Fi access. Although instead of being indoors, you’ll probably opt for watching the sunset over the lake from your private penthouse balcony.

Family lake vacation

Great place on the lake very close to chimney rock and chucks marina. We had a great stay, everything went smoothly and our owner was very responsive and easy to contact.

You will love the place, the owner, and the view.

I and several buddies get together every year for fellowship, fishing, and watching the Georgia/Auburn game. We were looking for new water to fish and ran across this rental. The condo has a deep water pier for securring your boat and there is a very good public boat lauch less than a quarter mile away. The place was as promised; very clean, well furnished, and well equipped. Thomas was very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. He checked with us several times prior to the rental and several times during our stay. We will definitely be looking forward to staying here in the future. You will not be dissapointed.

Lake Martin Alabama 4th of July 2022 Vacation

We had a great time on Lake Martin, rented a boat for tubing at Harbor Point Marina had a great dock to tie up each night. Crowne Point Condominiums was a perfect accommodation that was centrally located to restaurants to boat to, Chimney Rocks and other sites. The owner made every effort to ensure the condo was clean and there were not any issues. He made us aware of all the local events that were happening over our stay. Highly recommend this unit!

The actual process to reserve property was simple and easy. All questions were answered in a timely manner. The checkin and checkout procedures were easy to follow. The condo was very nice with a well stocked kitchen. Lake Martin is a beautiful Lake, we hope to come back for another visit soon.

Beautiful Condo

The owner was very good at communication and instructions. The condo was very nicely furnished. The beds were firm, yet comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch overlooking the lake in very nice patio furniture. This is a very quiet and peaceful location. My grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool. We highly recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Spectacular View of Beautiful Lake Martin

Watching the gorgeous sunsets nightly from the patio was our favorite part of the condo! You just can't beat the view. Crowne Pointe is in such a perfect location--so central to everything we wanted to do either on the lake or around Dadeville. The condo itself provided all of the creature comforts we needed. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. WiFi was great when we needed it, however, there were so many fun things to do on the property like swimming in the pool and ping pong, we rarely needed our devices. The owner was so informative before the trip and even checked in several times during our stay, which was really nice. We had such a great vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

Don't pass this up!

Great condo, beautiful view, everything you need is right there and owner response was immediate every time. Places to eat and shop for necessities (year round) within 10-15 minutes from the property. Lake Martin is so beautiful! Be careful for deer when driving.

Spacious relaxing condo at the lake- great lake view with beautiful sunset over the lake. Well appointed- clean- all the kitchen utensils you would need. Owner very communicative and responsive. Loved our stay here with 2 other couples for an Auburn football weekend. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Poker Run Fun!

The condo was clean and spacious. The loft king bedroom is open to the downstairs living and kitchen area, so be aware of that. It was an issue for us at all, and the loft space is huge with its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms are either queen or full and also have their own bathroom. View from the balcony is stunning and the owner provides a pull cart to load your stuff in for easy arrival departure. Very easy work with and accommodating.

Lake Martin Paradise

Our family of 6 and two grandchildren just spent a long weekend in the Penthouse at Crownpointe.. It was perfect location and accommodations with basic extras that we didnt need to pack. The pool area was perfect for our small grandchildren with pool toys as well. The owner was responsive and answered every question immediately. He also met our needs with having small children. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of Lake Martin. We will be coming back.

Memorial Day on Lake Martin

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was exactly as depicted in pictures, and in fact, even larger. Plenty of room and great views! Very convenient location to restaurants and marinas by boat or car. The kids (and the parents) loved having easy access to both pools and to the dedicated boat slip. This part of the lake can get choppy on busy holiday weekends, so if you have your own boat be sure to bring good fenders and extra ropes to tie up at the dock. We would certainly stay here again.

Lovely, Penthouse Condo with Stunning Views

We were in town for our daughter's Auburn graduation and couldn't acquire a place to stay in town. Found this beautiful condo, nearby, and we were thrilled. Spacious, well appointed, and perfect for our party of 7. Tremendous loft upstairs with king 4 poster bed. Other rooms equally lovely. Rained for our one night so we didn't get to walk around the lake ....but the we found the Scrabble game to amuse ourselves. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. Very responsive in answering questions. Overall, the place was a winner.

Beautiful and peaceful

My husband and I spent a week here recently and September is now our favorite month at the lake! The condo was beautiful and comfortable, and the view is spectacular, especially from the balcony. The unit is on the top floor so is very quiet. The pool areas are also lovely. The owner is very easy to deal with and always responded almost immediately throughout the booking process as well as our stay. The only minor things I would mention is that the kitchen could use more spoons (there were only soup spoons and not teaspoons) and I like my towels and linens to be thick and fluffy (and matching) which these were not. But these are extremely minor points, and do nothing to lower my review. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent here again.

We have replaced all of the towels, linens and replaced the old silverware with new. We also purchased some other items that will make your next visit more enjoyable.
