2nd relocation

This was our 2nd relocation after arriving to the first unit filthy unit with a unwashed in made beds and dirty used towels we could not clean up to eat after an 8 hour drive, we were reassigned a new unit after not reaching anyone from 4-9:30 pm arrived at the new location at 10 pm with 3 children to find none of the 5 door codes were working. They kept having me try new codes for over an hour. Finally after insisting on needing to get a roof over my children so that they could clean up and eat. Finally Got reassigned this unit it was clean and convenient to everything we needed. We finally could breathe. For one day until check out morning around 4 am the smoke detector kept going off again and again and again. We thought we had 2 pm check out. I was not a rested vacation it was a huge mess. I extended my original trip to 2p check out. This unit would not Honor this request and a refund was not processed for the 2 pm check out time. For a 2 night vacation we are thoroughly disappointed in vacasa for them mess of the initial reservation and the delay and leaving us stranded from 4pm - finally receiving this location at 1130 pm. It was the most stressful vacation we have ever had.

While we loved the view and being on the 4th floor (not too low, not too high) the overall expense seemed a little high for what was there. The kitchen was well equipped. Yay! It would have been nice to have bath mats and some throw rugs in the rooms in addition to an electric broom to keep the floors less sandy. An extra blanket or two for in the family room and bedrooms. Not unique to this home, there isn't space in the bathrooms on the towel racks or hooks for 6-8 people who have bath towels, swim towels and wet suits. Furniture (inside and out) and overall décor could use an update. Smokers constantly near the elevator was unpleasant.

Great View! Place needs upgrading!

We realized there was construction going on when we booked the unit so no problem there. Difficult to unload luggage, groceries close to the elevator but they had carts. Dirty, stained carpets in bedrooms need to be taken up and tile put down. In master, we had no place to hang our clothes because the rod was broken. Place was large enough for 8 of us, 4 adults, 2 teens, 6 and 8 year old. Great Views, Good pool. Great beach access.

I’d say 3 1/2 stars!

I thought it was kind of pricey and then the carpet needs to be replaced really bad, there were broken drawers and broken sliding doors and it could use a paint job. The water in both tubs went down really slow, but I called the office and they came quick and fixed them both. The ocean view made us forget the rest! Also, it’s in a very convenient area! Close to restaurants and things to do and down the street from FL. The condo does provide all the basic household things you need and that’s nice. We did enjoy our stay!
