Romar Tower is a beautiful 35 unit complex with many amenities directly on the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in Orange Beach, Alabama; you are minutes away from some of the best seafood restaurants, shopping, nightlife and activities for the entire family. This extremely large 2 bedroom 2 bath is 1200 square feet making it larger than many 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6 very comfortably without being on top of each other. This 8th story unit offers a balcony with one of the most breathtaking unobstructed views of the entire coastline.

The complex has a pool with plenty of space to layout, outdoor gazebo, and grills perfect for barbequing. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!

This unit has hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, new bedding, and décor throughout. There is a sleeper sofa and loveseat and new bathtub in guest bath. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for any meal preparations you might plan.

Our convenient touchpad door locks take the worry and hassle of keeping up with your keys. Free cable and private high-speed internet access via Wi-Fi is included. A stacked washer and dryer are located in the unit. Additional amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.
The master bedroom has a king bed, guest room has a queen and there is a sleeper sofa and loveseat. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and lamp located in the master bedroom.

We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer.

* The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. You can cancel 30 days prior to check in to get your money back.

Great stay

We always try to stay at smaller properties and this one was perfect! Zero complaints! The mattress in the master was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was great for our family of 5. It was very clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed. I was worried when I saw the complex only had one elevator but we seriously never had to wait on the elevator at all. This was a smaller complex which is exactly what we wanted. The beach area and pool area were less crowded than the other complexes nearby which made it more enjoyable . We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this unit.

Beautiful property

Loved that it was a one building complex. The pool was great for the children. Liked that you had to use a code to get to and from the beach. Would stay in this unit again. The owners were super nice and responded very quickly to any questions.

Great weekend getaway

Spectacular view from balcony and just steps from the beach access. We had a great time staying over the weekend. The condo is very comfortable and met all of our expectations. The inside of the coffee maker was quite dirty, but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby. Checking in and out was very simple, host gave clear instructions for access. Highly recommend and would return!

Amazing Gulf View

Unit was GREAT! Beautiful décor and amazing view of Gulf from master and living. It was a huge 2 bedroom. Well stocked kitchen, everything was new, clean. The owners were easy to work with and booking was very easy.

Property manager was really quick to answer our communications!! Fast and friendly. Only suggestion, the building its self needs an update. The smoke detection system was very old and inadequate, and the building is lacking a fire suppression system.

An older condo

The size and location of this condo is perfect. It is an older condo. The ice machine was not working, both bathrooms need a deep cleaning as one had mildew. The shower floors are super slick...need bath mats at least. Otherwise it was well equipped and overall clean. The patio is outstanding. We love staying at Romar Towers.

Needs TLC

The master bedroom mattress is needing replaced and it’s bed frame is loose. I texted the property manager about the bed prior to renting because the picture concerned me. I was told the mattress had been updated since the picture was taken. It obviously hasn’t been. The master shower head and handle are broken/loose. The master toilet handle is sticks. The condo smells musty when you walk in. The place could be amazing with some maintenance!

Great location! Easy beach access

Overall the condo was very nice. Location is great and the beach access is very convenient. With less units in the building (smaller building) getting an elevator is fast and easy. The condo was decorated very nice and cute! I did have an issue with the room not being cleaned upon arrival but that was taken care of immediately. I am sure they did a rush job on cleaning it so maybe it’s typically cleaner than it was but I still think the condo needs a deep clean. The pull out couch had food crumbs and sand on it when I removed cushions to set up the bed. I thought the master shower could have been cleaner. The drawers in the bathroom needed to be wiped inside and out. There were also clothes in one drawer in the master bedroom not sure if they were left from pervious renter or what. The refrigerator also needs to have the shelves removed and cleaned. I just think a really good deep clean and it would be a 5 star perfect place to stay!

The view was magnificent! The condo was clean and well organized. A pizza pan or 2 would be a great addition to the cookware in the kitchen. Also, the coating is peeling on 1 of the large baking sheets and it’s pretty rusty. The beach was not overly crowded. Overall, we loved our time in Orange Beach!

As soon as we walked in we knew that this was going to be a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and well taken care of. It was very spacious and was also in a great location. The balcony was very large and the view of the beach and ocean was magnificent.

Vacation on the beach

I'm very roomy. Could not ask for a better spot in proximity to the beach. The property had private wash station, grills and pool made to stay easy and lots of fun. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this condo! Great location really close to a few good restaurants without having to deal with traffic, large balcony and great ocean view. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean and roomy. We liked the smaller building size and less crowded beach.
