The apartment has been carefully furnished to provide you with the all the facilities that you will expect from a 5 star accommodation.
This superb retreat lies on the seashore of one of the islands best resorts, surrounded by lush gardens, walking distance to Pernera Centre and Beaches and just 2km from the centre of Protaras, 3 km from the town of Paralimni, and only a short stroll away from the restaurants, bars and shopping centre of the Pernera area.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. Quiet location, very well equipped apartment
We had a great stay in this apartment. Its located in a quiet residential block with very little occupants using the pool area. Its about a 10minute walk to the nearest bars, restaurants and supermarket. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need, although the photos on the advert are not of the actual apartment we stayed in 9only minor changes to the layout so no big deal) The pool is very shallow and the jacuzzi wasnt working when we were there, but all in all, had a great holiday, would consider coming back but not in august as it was too hot. The local area is great with a good selection of bars and restaurants and the excellent beeches are about a 20minute walk away as well.
