Come stay at the Cotton Cottage and feel like you're away from it all but only minutes from town! The 1 BR apartment is complete with a roomy living space open to the kitchen and dining area. This cozy rustic getaway features views from the deck of large cotton fields which are in full bloom during the fall season!
The bedroom has a comfy queen bed. The sectional sofa is also available for extra sleep space plus a twin bed is available upon request. Bathroom has shower/tub combo, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
There is a full kitchen with microwave and mini fridge, Keurig and some complimentary K-cups and waters!
The apartment has Roku and WIFI.
Owners live in a detached house and are available for questions and requests. Guests are allowed to use the fire pit in the back yard and the grill on the deck.

Cotton cottage is always perfect

Cute Country Cottage

Very pleased with our stay and plan to return. The pictures are exactly what you get, check in was easy, the space was comfortable and the owners were pleasant to work with. The location was also perfect for visiting our Ole Miss student.

This was my first time booking on VRBO and everything was seamless. Brad and Emily were fantastic and the place was immaculate. Fit myself and my 3 teens very comfortably and it was just adorable! We were there for my daughter’s orientation at Ole Miss and it was so nice to have a place so close to campus. We will definitely be back! Thanks for such an easy process—so nice to have a safe, clean place to stay. Even enjoyed visiting with the cat and dog on the property!

Cute little home away from home

I stayed here for 11 nights after moving my daughter into school. Pretty, peaceful surroundings out of town but close enough to the campus, shopping and eating. Owners are very nice and accommodating and the property had everything I needed for an extended stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to Ole Miss and the square. Easy in and out just off the highway. Hosts were gracious and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again in the future if in the area.

Everything was great about our stay, except Kentucky beating Ole Miss. Brad/Emily have a nice, cozy, quiet cottage tucked in the country, yet still within minutes of Ole Miss. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you.

The Cotton Cottage is a beautiful place to stay right near Oxford. You are about a 5 minute drive from Jackson Ave and a little further to the University. The hosts were so lovely and friendly. We will be back for sure!
