Our Furnished Duplex is a modern building which has off-street parking, central heat, and AC. The Duplex comes with newer appliances, including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Danette is currently working as a Real Estate Legal Assistant. We started with our first rental property, Century Apartments, in 2013. Now we have decided to rent our Fully Furnished Duplex for short and long-term rentals.

All rooms are furnished with furniture in excellent condition. Modern appliances include a full-size fridge, self-clean stove, microwave, washer, dryer, built-in dishwasher, and central air conditioning. Our furnished duplexes are located in quiet neighborhoods and are just a short walk to the downtown area.
