As for the WIFI comment in your review, it was immediately addressed on the first morning as simply an error on your part inputting the password incorrectly leaving out the first character and we were very prompt in helping you realize and rectify that. No has ever had an issue with the WIFI before. All that you had to do was input the password correctly. And again, kindly note that we already went over our check-in procedures with you before you booked the property and we talked about it again during your check out. We only do in-person check-ins as this is our specific preference to maintain security for all our guests, the peaceful neighborhood, and for the property. Additionally, an in-person check-in allows me to acquaint the guests with the home, give a quick welcome and tour of the house along with providing complimentary refreshments upon arrival which has been appreciated by all our guests. This is clearly stated in our listing and explained to you before you even booked the reservation. We hope you enjoyed your stay and thank you again for choosing our beach home.

The moment the guest reached out to me regarding the internet, I immediately responded letting him to know to unplug and replug the modem so it restarts. I also at that moment got on the phone with our internet provider, AT&T, and they said to do the same. The guest said it was much better and thanked me for being helpful. AT&T also ran a speed test and said everything is at top speed and running fine. AT&T confirmed it's the guest's device that was having an issue.
