All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, hot water dispenser, microwave, dual ovens, stove, kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster, waffle maker and blender.
Kitchen:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. In addition, aluminum foil and saran wrap.
House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and laundry pods.
We also supply coffee filters, ground coffee, sugar packets.
Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with travel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. In addition, there is another washer and dryer in the garage.
This home does have security cameras only on the perimeter of the property which includes, driveway, front door and backyard by the pool for safety reasons.
***Per the city of La Quinta Ordinance #9 and the PGA West HOA there is to be no music or amplified sound at anytime day or night including but not limited to cell phones, blue tooth speakers, music boxes or outdoor TV"s. You are subject to pay any fines that you receive during your stay from the City of La Quinta or the PGA West HOA.
Pool Heating:
During the winter months the temperatures of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. The spa heat is complimentary and we do heat the pool to 80 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated higher than 80, we can do that for a fee of $100/night +taxes. We cann't gurantee temperatures and no refunds will be given for pools not reaching maximum temperatures. Please note that pools cann't be cooled to a lower temperature in the summer months.
Occupancy Limits:
Guests who violate the listed occupancy limits are in serious violation and breach of these house rules and we reserve the right to deny access or require all guests to vacate the premises. No refunds will be issued due to violation of occupancy limits. If you need to rent any baby gear/equipment we are an affiliate with www.babyquip and we work with them to make sure your items are in the house prior to your arrival.
