"We had such an incredible stay! The home was perfect for our large group of 14. There was plenty of space for everyone. The backyard felt like our own private resort. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. The beds and linens were comfortable, A/C worked great, and everything was spotless. I highly recommend this home. 10/10 would definitely stay here again."

Super communicative, very flexible, and both homes were outstanding with amazing outdoor spaces (pools, hot tubs) and scenery (mountains, SoCal plants/succulents/cactus/trees). Our large group was more than delighted in the homes and the overall experience they contributed to."

"This place was amazing. Home was spacious and beautiful. It is equipped with all that is needed to cook which was a plus. Pools were extremely clean and our family had a great Fourth of July weekend. Also firework show was enjoyable from the home we didn't need to leave. Highly recommended this home for family gatherings it accommodates extremely well."

Great for Big Groups!

"This house was perfect for a big group. They had everything thought out. From plenty of pool towels to a pump for our pool floaties, we were very pleased by the attention to detail. I would recommend bringing your own pillow as ALL the pillows were oversized and uncomfortable. Not sure who uses pillows that big. The other thing to note is that 3 of the rooms were not part of the main house and had their own entrances."

Family celebration with adults and kids. The pool was the hit with all and the beautiful setting. Kitchen very well equipped. Management responded quickly to questions and sent maintenance when needed. (Minor problem). Will definitely return if given the opportunity.

It is a beautiful house right up next to hiking trails. We really enjoyed our stay there. We had 6 adults and 4 children and everyone had a room and even extra rooms. The pool and hot tub were used alot since it was 100 degrees every day. The primary suite doesn’t have a closet nor due some of the other bedrooms. Just thought you should know that. Otherwise, we had a great family trip

Beautiful property with lots to do. Loved the fire pit, pool and the bocce ball. We had a blast.!

We will rent this again. We celebrated a birthday here and enjoyed every minute. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group and we enjoyed the amenities.

"We had an amazing stay at basecamp for my bachelorette party! There was plenty of space for our group and everyone felt super comfortable and spaced out. This is our third time staying at this house and we absolutely love it. The location is second to none and the outdoor space is a dream. The views from the pool cannot be beat, the access to the hiking trails is literally right at the bottom of the street and the house is so pleasant you don’t want to leave but if you do there is great shopping and restaurants a very short drive away. Yet another wonderful and relaxing vacation at this house for our very satisfied family.
