We stayed at the Lux/Private Estate with a group of six couples, and we could not have found a better place in Palm Springs. The house is amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the group, the tennis court was a great bonus, and the kitchen and outdoor dining area made it easy to eat and gather together. There was plenty of room for all twelve of us, and the location put us close to everything we wanted to do. The host was outstanding from start to finish, responsive and easy to work with. We came to celebrate a milestone birthday, and the house made it special. We will be back, and I recommend it without reservation to anyone traveling with a group.

This was the best VRBO! Keith and Bruce were wonderful to work with and flexible. The home was amazing!! Clean, very well furnished. The kitchen had everything you would every need to host a dinner party. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temp! Our extended family was so comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Would definitely rent again!

This was our second time staying in this gorgeous house. It’s just lovely and perfect for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone! So many fun shops, restaurants and cafes just a quick 5-10 min walk. So easy! Having a tennis court on the property is so much fun! And, lastly, Keith, the host is just wonderful - so accommodating and helpful! Thank you so much!!

Upscale, Spacious, and Wonderful

This was a perfect place for our family (12 adults, one infant, and one dog) We enjoyed the tennis court and the pool. The living space, kitchen, and all the bedrooms each with it's own bathroom were terrific! Keith, the owner, met us at the property and showed us how to use everything. Wonderful Stay!

The property is extremely well-designed. Perfect for a family gathering with 6 bedrooms well-spaced. The great room is exactly that, two-story ceiling walled with glass into the pool or the outdoor dining area. The family played in the pool constantly and it is a short few blocks to Palm Springs shopping area. Secluded and sophisticated neighborhood. Can't go wrong.

I can’t imagine a more perfect house to stay in for a trip to Palm Springs. Every single bedroom felt like a primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, making it a breeze assigning rooms for our 12 guests. The owner was responsive, accommodating, and helpful in providing recommendations for local services. The location was a game changer: a short, comfortable walk through Palm Spring’s most historied neighborhood. It made for a perfect trip and I can’t wait to return soon, hopefully to this same home!

Highly Recommend - Wonderful

The home owner was fabulous to work with and the property was just as advertised. The home is perfect for a large group and the location is excellent. We never got in a car, we walked everywhere. The house has everything you need for a large group, kitchen is great, 3 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and most important enough wine and cocktail glasses! Definitely will stay there next time we head to Palm Springs!

Stayed here with family on our first family trip. Let’s start with 3 refrigerators 2 dishwashers and any tool you can possibly imagine in the kitchen. This home was huge and fit our family of 7 easily with plenty of room to spare. The pool was resort setting complete with misters, loungers and umbrellas galore. The best part was the host keith. He was by far the most accommodating, friendly, quick to respond host. Thank you keith for our stress free vacation in your beautiful home!

Best tennis vacay!

My friends, family and I had a wonderful, relaxing time staying in this beautiful, spacious home. The location of the house is perfect! Just a quick walk to shops, cafes and restaurants! Keith, the homeowner, is very friendly and responsive to any question or request. I can’t forget to mention the tennis court! It’s awesome! We had the best time playing tennis whenever we felt like picking up a racket. So very cool! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Grand Home-Great location

We just stayed with a group of friends totaling 9 people in this home. With six bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and two guest bathrooms, that were spread throughout the house made it private and separate yet with an enormous living room, dining and kitchen, outdoor BBQ area, to gather together. Anything and everything you could possible want or need in a kitchen including 3 dishwashers was available. Gated entry, large swimming pool and spa, tennis court and plenty of parking was an added bonus. The history of neighborhood that were once homes of many celebrities back in the 60s added to the charm. Easy walking to downtown Palm Springs. Can not speak highly enough of the condition and style of the home or the owner Keith. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing Stay

This property was beyond amazing. The beautiful pictures on the site only begin to capture how wonderful this home is. Our family of 12, including children ranging in age from almost 2 to just 10 years old, easily slipped into vacation mode and found places to gather as well as appreciate some "down time." Keith, the owner was so accommodating, and responsive beginning with the booking through to the actual stay. We had one issue with the spa, but I am only including that because, Keith was on it and fixed it immediately. The pool, the spa, the tennis court, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the barbeque, the common rooms, we used every nook and cranny and thoroughly enjoyed it all. Look no further this is the place for your next get together. Special thanks to Keith we were very fortunate to have found you.

Great in all respects.

This house worked perfectly for our family. Spacious, clean, nice in all respects. The hosts were extremely nice, accommodating and friendly. We had no problems during our stay but have no doubt that, if a problem had arisen, it would immediately have been addressed. We've been coming to Palm Springs every year for years. The kitchen was the best stocked we had ever seen. The house is situated in the very best part of Palm Springs. Our youngest loved the shallow platform in the pool and actually learned how to swim while using the platform and the spa. Bottom line: We were comfortable; the house worked for us. We would definitely book with these owner/hosts again. Thanks to them.

Perfect getaway for old friends

This property is perfection if you are looking to get a bunch of friends or family together. The home has 6 master bedrooms all with on-suite bathrooms, beautiful airy and comfortable living space, a kitchen with everything you need to cook or entertain. We also played a lot of tennis, walked around the lovely neighborhood and did plenty of lounging poolside. This is a gem and we hope to visit again soon!

Everything was unbelievably great! Keith was so nice and just a text way if you had a question. The pictures don’t even do this home justice. Every inch was beautiful, immaculate and well thought out. This home has everything you could ever want and more!!!!
