The Levin Estate - renowned mid-century modern architect Frederick Monhoff was commissioned for this property in 1947 at the same time he designed the original historic Biltmore Hotel in Palm Springs. Only a three owner home, nothing compares to this custom, private, and huge .33 acre lot with outstanding views in the South Palm Springs neighborhood of Tahquitz River Estates. This house is the epitome of organic modern with walls of glass, amazing light filled rooms, stained concrete flooring, bar/lounge area, formal living room and so much more. Spring Break Get Away

Our family really enjoyed the stay at this property. Our 2 girls loved having their own rooms, the upstairs master suite was fantastic, the pool/hot tub, fire pits were perfect and the mature landscaped grounds really made for a private experience. The house was very well appointed and everything functioned as it should. This is a very nice property in a good quiet neighborhood, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Experience

Very nice property. Layout perfect for families as bedrooms are away from common areas. Pool serves as nice recreation for kids. Quiet neighborhood and very private. Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay, beautiful grounds

We very much enjoyed the Levin Estate. The location is ideal; close to coffee and restaurants. The outdoor grounds are beautiful and great for sunbathing and reading a good book. Our hosts were super responsive to our inquiries.

Wonderful house! Perfect location!

This house was lovely, private and well maintained. We were in Palm Springs for a family wedding at the Ace Hotel, a five minute walk from the house. Chris, the house manager, was attentive and helpful and responded immediately to any questions. I would highly recommend this home!

Amazing venue for relaxation and enjoyment

An incredible home that grants you a small part in the history of Palm Springs. This is your chance to reside behind a tall hedge and feel like a celebrity. We loved the house, especially the plush outdoor areas. The fire pits are an useful, and beautiful, as the pool and the house is stocked with every key accessory you can imagine.
