Glamorous Palm Springs Villa with strong ties to Old Hollywood. Once owned by Sonny & Cher. Very private walled and gated estate in The Mesa neighborhood - a quiet residential hideaway nestled along the base of the San Jacinto mountains. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
The entire property has been completely walled & gated for privacy. As you walk in you’ll be greeted by the front yard, where you'll find a fountain and a patio with alfresco dining - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! At the center of the house, you'll find a gorgeous courtyard with a large pool surrounded by chaise lounges, alfresco dining, an outdoor living area with a daybed and a fireplace, and plenty of occasional seating. To the side of the house, you’ll find a spa, a built-in BBQ grill, a ping pong table, and an outdoor shower.



INTERIOR LIVING SPACE
As you walk into the front doors, you’ll step into a foyer with a staircase that will lead you up to the main living area. The living area - which features comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV - is open to the dining area and the fabulous kitchen. Walls of glass throughout the living area let the light pour in and open up to reveal the fabulous center courtyard.

Optional Pool heating is $75/night. The Pool will be heated to 86 degrees, if you would like it warmer there will be an additional cost.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All bedrooms have been beautifully styled like a boutique hotel and feature a hotel-quality mattress. The Primary Bedroom, off the living room, features a King bed, an ensuite bath with a separate shower and soaking tub, and direct access to the courtyard pool area. The Primary Bedroom is the only bedroom with direct access to the main living area in the house. The four Guest Rooms are spread out throughout the property, with external doors, not directly connected to the main living area.

Two of the Guest Rooms are located next to the main front door - one is to the left and one is to the right. Both of these bedrooms have Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath. They also have their own external doors, they're not directly connected to the main living area.

The two other Guest Rooms are located in the center courtyard, but away from the main house - and also with external doors. One Guest Room features a flat-screen TV and a King bed, the other Guest Room features bunk beds (a Full and a Twin). Both share easy access to the Guest Bathroom also located in the courtyard.

DISCLAIMER
The house is set up like a boutique hotel. There is only one bedroom off of the main living area. The rest of the bedrooms exit to the outside, this is not the ideal situation for children. Also, there is a large set of stairs going to the main living area with the kitchen, dining room, living room, and outdoor pool area. Anyone with mobility restrictions may find this a bit difficult. This is the perfect setup for those that like the ability to have some privacy and space from the other guests.

LOCATION
This property is tucked at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains in The Mesa neighborhood - just minutes from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, ice cream parlors, art galleries, and specialty boutiques are all just a stone's throw away. You'll love staying in this quiet, peaceful area and having quick access to all that Palm Springs has to offer.

HOUSE RULES:
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds, Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of reservation with no refund.
