This house and grounds is stunning as the photos will show. What makes it an a list property is the details, well stocked kitchen, with everything clearly labelled, toiletries in the bathroom, great entertainment system. We were working and sad to not have been able to appreciate the grounds more. The owners/hosts are wonderful and I cannot recommend this place to stay more.

This was our second stay at Villa Cahuilla. A beautiful house in a great location. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is a stunner. And fwiw, the artwork and furniture are very tastefully done.

We had such an amazing stay at Villa Cahuilla! We booked for 3 nights. Our host, Nick was very friendly and accommodating. He showed me around the beautiful property so I would be able to work the systems within the home and poolside. We enjoyed lounging around the pool and watching the gorgeous desert sunset each evening on the outdoor bed near the jacuzzi. This home is conveniently located to downtown. We loved the privacy and the view of the mountains. All the lines were soft, pillows and mattresses so comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked for grilling poolside or for a private chef indoors. The decor and artwork make this mid-century home that much more enjoyable. We’re looking forward to staying again this fall!

Hated to leave

We spent a week at Villa Cahuilla in October 2023 and had a wonderful time. It was our third stay at this exceptional, one-of-a-kind property, which is one of our favorite rentals anywhere. Nick is an excellent host and I highly recommend a stay.

Beautiful Home

Inside decor very nice ! Yard and pool are spectacular views of the city and mountains . Gardens are beautifully maintained outdoor suspended daybed is very relaxing with views of city spa and fire pit . Great house !

A Wonderful Stay - Great Host

A beautiful home with a great view and wonderful host made our recent stay at Villa Cahuilla a win on all levels. The home is stocked very well with cookware, dining plates and utensils for preparing meals and the housekeeping service (Mirabel & team) was super! Nick provided timely updates and asked if we needed anything at different points of our 10 day stay. We look forward to returning to this property very soon!

Perfection in Palm Springs

Villa Cahuilla exceeded our expectations . Nick and Mike were so helpful and attentive to our every need. The beautiful house is filled with fabulous art and technology, with every room opening onto the gorgeous gardens, pool and spa. The hillside property has amazing views and is perfectly maintained. Desert Paradise

I had an excellent experience with this vacation rental from start to finish. Communication with the owner was incredibly easy and he was super helpful, accessible and friendly. We were provided literally everything we could have wanted or needed while staying and it was truly paradise. It was such a luxury and pleasure to stay in this beautiful home and we all cannot wait to return. The best feeling was that when we went out we all agreed we couldn’t wait to return to the house to enjoy it.

Exquisite home in Palm Springd

The home is outstanding down to the smallest detail. A designer / decorator dream. Nick greeted us and was very friendly and super nice. From the moment we met him we knew if we needed anything, he was a quick phone call away. All made for a wonderful weekend celebrating a birthday with our adult children and their spouses. Would definitely go back.

Perfect getaway

Villa Cahuilla is the perfect location, convenient to the fun shops and restaurants of downtown Palm Springs yet a world away, secluded and private. There are so many different locations on the property to settle into a comfortable lounge chair to relax and enjoy the varied views of the city and mountain ranges. The sunrise and sunset over the mountains was amazing. From the pool to the jacuzzi to the ping pong table to the many board games, our family spent hours having fun. The property has everything you could want. We had the most amazing time!

Beautiful, private but close to everything. We were spoiled by the beautiful views, the peaceful quiet, salt water pool, tankless hot water showers that are hot in 5 seconds, and the local 10 minute hike to Desert Riders bluff and picnic area.Nick Bode was our contact and went out of his way organizing a chef prepared birthday dinner at the property, receiving wine from me for the event, etc. Great communications throughout the process.Our group of 8 thought this was in our top 3 vacations of all-time and voted this prop[erty as the vacation highlite; It is that good.

The perfect weekend getaway with friends in Palm Springs

This property personifies Palm Springs getaway vacation! My wife wanted to spend her 40th birthday in Palm Springs with close friends and myself. She told me this was the best property she's stayed in Palm Springs, by far. The swimming pool was beautiful, the interior decor was clean and modern. The AC was working great when it was over 119. The house is located in a secluded neighborhood overlooking Palm Springs. It just doesn't get any better than this. The communication with property owners was top notch. A great memorable weekend!

Better than Advertised!!

Nick is an awesome host who clearly knows what he's doing. He warmly welcomes you and then lets you be, while remaining responsive to questions during your stay. And the house...words and pictures do no do it justice. The view is amazing. The area around the pool is on point. The kitchen is well equipped. The integrated sound system is amazing. Everything you want and need is right there and so much more. Amazing house and we can't wait to come back!!

This place is amazing!!! It was very difficult to leave. My husband and I fell in love with this place. Everything was great! From the beautiful house and architecture, large glass doors that opened, the amazing pool and jacuzzi. The fire areas, the beautiful views and things to look at in every direction. It was gorgeous in the day and at night. The best stay ever! Nick and Mike were wonderful, imformative and kind. They made my husbands 50th birthday the best ever! We cant't wait to get back there!
