This Ultra-Private Modern 4BR/3B house is located 4 min from Palm Canyon Drive and is perfectly central to all the hot-spots in Palm Springs on both the north and south sides of the city. The massive backyard has an oversized custom salt water pool/spa and spacious lounging/dining areas with an outdoor kitchen, Grapefruit, Orange and Meyer Lemon Trees. Unwind on the patio while gazing at unobstructed mountain views or inside in this warm and welcoming private oasis. The interior boasts 4 suites - 2 king with ensuite baths and 2 queens with shared bath. Enjoy the gas fireplace, gorgeous kitchen with bar seating and front patio with privacy walls for morning coffee/breakfast or an afternoon cocktail. The home is truly unique and is a breath of fresh air from the moment you enter.

This property is 10!! Great location, nice open kitchen, comfortable beds, fluffy towels and a great layout of the house. The backyard: pool, hot tub, BBQ, table and lounge chairs are perfection. Matt, the host is very accommodating and great to work with. His list of recommendations were spot on! We spent 8 days/7 nights here over Thanksgiving, a beautiful time to be PS. An easy walk to downtown Palm Springs too.

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at the house. The pool area is among the best of the houses we have rented in Palm Springs. The house was clean, well provisioned, and in a very convenient location. The beds were comfortable & the property manager was very helpful.

The house was awesome with a big pool/hot tub, outdoor area and kitchen/living room. We loved the house and the location worked out well. Matthew gave a number of great recommendations and made sure pool was heated and everything was in order for our stay. Would definitely come back!

I traveled with my spouse and adult children to Palm Springs for some r and r. The home was as advertised--beautiful pool in a secluded residential setting close to eveything. A Million Stars Vacation

It was a fantastic experience staying at Matt's Palm Springs vacation home and I wish I could award it a million stars. From the easy, professional, and courteous communications with Matt, the owner, and Sergio, the property manager, to the beauty of the mid century modern home and pool, to the bonus of having every single amenity one could think of already stocked in the kitchen, and last but not least the gorgeous mountain view and the lovely lemon tree in the yard. Our family had a serene stay and just what we needed for a spring break. This is our second time staying and we will definitely be back.

Heavenly yard/pool

We gathered with family from 3 states for a week long stay. The double masters were terrific. The private pool, patio, yard were a total delight and made the trip. Beautiful landscaping front throughout. Some of the furnishings and appliances were less than 5 star. But the overall experience and value were great. We appreciated the exceptional thoughtfulness and availability of the owner and property manager - these guys were wonderful and Matt's recommendations helped us to make the most of our PS visit.

My wife and I were married in Italy in September 2017. We are in our mid 40’s and love coming to Palm Springs and traveling in general. My wife is from Los Angeles and I am from Cleveland, Ohio. We will go out of our way to make sure you and your friends/family have an amazing trip to our home!

What makes this property unique

We purchased this property because of the incredible backyard that we fell in love with the minute we saw it. We love the enormous pool which is much larger than most in Palm Springs and the grassy areas and citrus trees. We love coming to the house and making cocktails with the citrus and hanging in the pool all day! The welcoming interior and the 2 master suites make this house exceptionally special. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
