The house and property were super spacious and had all the amenities could have needed. The location was super convenient to downtown, and the hosts were great with communication and keeping us updated on everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend this property!

Home is as represented online. Plenty of space for a group or larger family. Appreciated the pool and multiple outdoor seating areas, especially with the unseasonably hot temperatures. We did have an issue during our stay which was promptly attended to and resolved. Communication with the host/property manager was always timely and helpful. Location was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here.

We booked this property for a college friend-group reunion to celebrate a bunch of us turning 40 this year. It was a perfect space for our group of 10 (5 couples). Everyone had their own space, with only two couples needing to share a bathroom. The kitchen was a good size for folks to navigate around each other and the large living room was a great gathering space for games and hanging out. We especially loved the pool and backyard. There were plenty of umbrellas and shade and it was so nice to sit on the covered veranda. Overall, we thought the place was even better than the photos on VRBO!Everything was well organized and super well stocked. The only one item I wish we had (or had remembered to bring) was mosquito spray, as we got a couple bites in the backyard in the evenings. The location on the north side was also ideal. Walking distance from a few bars, and just a short drive from downtown. It was very easy to get around. The hosts were extremely responsive via text throughout the entire stay and were very gracious to allow a late check out on our last day. They also provided an extensive recommendations list, which was so helpful as most of our group hadn't spent much time in Palm Springs. Would highly recommend this property to any groups looking for a place to rent in Palm Springs!

House had plenty of room with a cute esthetic. Had some difficulties with some of the amenities, but host was very responsive and always returned my texts quickly. Could not get hot water in one of the showers, so we were glad there were three bathrooms. House is in a great location.

Perfect Home for a Girls’ Getaway!

We had a girls’ reunion here, and this house was perfect! Both the home and backyard are very spacious, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and attentive, making our stay even better. We had a great time and would definitely return!

Beautiful and Comfortable Home!

We were a group of 50 women and absolutely loved this house. It was a great spot - plenty of room for us to gather together AND we had ample space if anyone needed downtime away from the group. Owners were super warm and responsive.

AMAZING STAY!

We had the best time in Palm Springs because of this beautiful home. It's EXTREMELY spacious, clean and perfect for a big group of friends or a family trip. The pool was perfect! There's TONs of outdoor seating and everything you could possibly need for pool toys in the garage. This house really had everything, it was a 5 minute drive to all the restaurants and bars. 10/10 experience!Lastly, the hosts were extremely responsive and amazing to work with.

nice stay..alot of amenities. The kitchen had everything you can wish for. Very spacious. TV in every room. The owners were very gracious and quick to respond. A lot of pool toys and bicycles for everyone kiddies to aldutls. Pool was nice to have as the BBQ pit to sit around. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house in gorgeous neighborhood

Wonderfully equipped house. My family found everything we needed to make Christmas breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and lots of walks in the neighborhood. The view of mountains and palm trees from the pool area and patio was gorgeous. The only slight drawback for our group was that the master suite was so much more deluxe than any of the other bedrooms. It was hard to decide who got which room.

What an amazing trip to Palm Springs! Our family of 9 had more than enough space in this large house. It is deceivingly spacious and has so much to do. We were so lucky to have perfect weather so we spent most of our time poolside, which is the highlight of this rental. Other highlights include: -A fully stocked house--in every way imaginable. I've never stayed at another VRBO that took such great care to provide for guests. -Great neighborhood! Located on a quiet street, with a full hedge around it, providing privacy. It's also in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, gas station, etc. I loved walking around the neighborhood everyday just to take in the architecture and stunning views of the mountains. -Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find. Great communication!-Close to the airport, but does not get air traffic noise. Highly recommend the Spanish Villa Oasis to anyone considering!
