Everything about this property was incredible. In fact it is a property that looks even better in person then online. The management of the property was stellar. The setup and size of the ensuite bedrooms allows for the extended family or couples that wants to be together but needs some down time to recharge. Amazing views, gardens and pool.

Such a seamless experience at an incredible property. The location was ideal, and overall it was a truly 10/10 stay. From start to finish, David, Jim, and the entire team provided outstanding communication. Every question and inquiry was answered promptly, making the entire process effortless and stress-free.The house itself was perfect for our group. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of personal space, this property is an excellent choice. Nearly every guest had their own private area, along with a private bathroom, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.By the end of the trip, I told the team that if I return to the area, this will absolutely be my first choice again. The experience exceeded expectations and made my birthday week truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely amazing at this property. We had a large group which for comfortably. The house is very clean and well equipped for large groups. It has everything you need and more. The pool area is perfect for lounging with shaded areas if you need. Communication was very well handled from booking to check out. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We had an amazing time at the property. The house layout was perfect for our guests. The pool / backyard was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was exclusive and quiet yet close to downtown area.

This was our second time staying with a ModMansions property and it did not disappoint. They were able to accommodate our early arrival and greeted us with a house tour. David was very hospitable and was quick to respond via text for any questions we had. The house was large, spacious, and accommodating for our large group. Great House to Relax with Friends

We had a great time! The pool was lovely and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub didn’t heat, but the weather was warm enough that it didn’t matter. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great for a group of 10

6 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms are great for a large group. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas work well. The interior design is very Palm Springs style, which we appreciated. The outdoor pool and patio are perfect for the hot days.

40th Celebration

This house was an absolute gem! It was able to accommodate a large group with ease and it had everything you could possibly need during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen, W/D and a pool everyone loved! I would definitely stay again. All major areas of interest are a short drive away but far enough from the bustle.

Absolutely perfect vacation house in Palm Springs!

I couldn’t imagine a better place for a large group to assemble. We hosted a family reunion with grandparents and small children. The layout of the house/property was perfect for both social interactions and privacy. The house and our host met every expectation. I give it 5 stars!
