(City-Compliant · Strictly Enforced) 1 - Minimum Age Requirement The primary renter must be 28 years of age or older, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide valid government-issued photo ID. 2 - Occupancy & Use This home is for overnight accommodations only. No parties, events, gatherings, or commercial use of any kind are permitted. 3 - Noise & Music – City Ordinance Outdoor music, amplified sound, or audible noise is prohibited at all times (24/7) under the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance. Quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties is mandatory. 4 - Good Neighbor Policy Guests must comply with all City of Palm Springs short-term rental regulations, including noise, occupancy, and conduct standards. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and city fines. 5 - Parking – City Regulated A maximum of 5 vehicles are permitted on the property. Street parking restrictions are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs. 6 - Smoking No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. 7 - Pets Up to 2 dogs maximum are permitted with a $200 per dog non-refundable fee. Dogs must not disturb neighbors. 8 - Pool & Safety The pool is not heated unless arranged in advance for an additional fee. Guests assume all responsibility for pool use and safety. 9 - Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM 10 - Enforcement Notice Failure to comply with City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance or these House Rules may result in: Immediate termination of stay Forfeiture of all rental payments Fines issued directly by the City of Palm Springs.
