Check-in hat super geklappt, die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt mit Hund. Allerdings lässt die Einrichtung des Hauses sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Türschloss geht nur sehr sehr schwierig zu öffnen, in der Klimaanlage/ Heizung sind ausgelaufene Batterien, Geschirr ist sehr spärlich vorhanden. Das Haus soll für bis zu 6 Personen sein, es gibt nur 4 Stühle am Esstisch. Handtücher sind nur 2 kleine sowie 2 große vorhanden, Bettdecken gibt es gar keine, zum zudecken 1 Leintuch und zwei Spannbetttücher, wir waren zu viert!! Auch ist der Garten sehr verwahrlost, es ist ein Acker. In den Ecken lagen zusammengerechte Grasreste, die nicht erst seit gestern lagen. Für 2000 Euro ist dieses Ferienhaus viel zu teuer. Trotz allem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Schade um dieses tolle Häuschen, mit etwas Liebe wäre etwas ganz tolles daraus zu machen.

Casa comoda in posizione strategica

La casa è molto comoda con ampi spazi, dovrebbe essere solo manutenuta un po’ meglio e essere fornita di qualche accessorio in più , perché è davvero una casa carina in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dal mare, vicinissima alla zona pedonale ma appena fuori dal rumore del centro. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.

da poco rientrata , dopo aver trascorso due settimane in questo appartamento in questo mese di agosto .. Eravamo in 8 e devo dire che siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti di questo appartamento , distante 10 minuti dal mare , con negozi e ristoranti vicinissimi, parcheggio auto esterno sempre trovato senza fare fatica .. giardino esterno e' il top .. Proprietario gentile e disponibile .. ci ritorneremo ...

Bella casina, buona posizione... sicuramente consigliata!!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a luglio, 4 adulti, 2 bambini e 1 cane e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa grande, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Comodissima al centro e altrettanto alla spiaggia. Bello anche il giardinetto con tante piante di frutta! Il proprietario puntuale e disponibile, una persona seria e affidabile! Unico consiglio che do è di sistemare le veneziane o mettere le tende per poter gestire meglio la luce e l'aria nelle camere da letto 😉

Per la mia famiglia è il terzo anno e ci troviamo bene.

Zona comoda al centro e alla stazione oltre che al mare. Molto spaziosa e luminosa l'abitazione. Per chi ha animali non si può chiedere di meglio. Per i cani il parco vicino è comodo per passeggiate in compagnia, inoltre è presente uno spazio recintato per soli cani in modo che possano sfogarsi in sicurezza.

Una bellissima vacanza in famiglia

Una bellissima vacanza...l'appartamento e' stupendo,ampio e dotato di tutti i confort! DIisposto su due piani , con due bagni entrambi con doccia e vasca (uno al piano superiore , l altro al piano terra) e con un ampio giardino recintato dotato di ombrellone e tavolo per pranzare al aperto , ideale per chi come noi possiede un cane e per i bamibini che possono giocare senza il rischio di farsi mare per strada. Ce anche un barbeque che si e rilevato molto utile .. E situtato nella via principale di Igea, alla fine di un grande parco pubblico ( durante il mese di giugno c era anche il circo) ed a pochi passi dal mare! le spiagge sono super attrezzate con giochi per bambini,animazione per bambini ed adulti ...la sera e favolosa si trasforma con bancarelle, negozi aperti fino a tardi e il necessario per passare delle piacevoli serate. . I propietari sono sempre disponibile e solare....sicuramente ritorneremo nella prossima vacanza!!

La casa e' spaziosa e confortevole, vicina al mare. il proprietario si e' sempre dimostrato gentile e disponibile. L'unico disagio riscontrato e' stato a causa del gran caldo, suggerisco vivamente l'installazione di un condizionatore almeno nelle due camere da letto. Il mio giudizio complessivo e' positivo, due settimane di vacanza piacevoli in una casa comoda ed accogliente. Vittorio

SIAMO CONTENTI DI QUESTA CASA PERCHE' E' MOLTO COMODA ,IDEALE ANCHE PER 2 FAMIGLIE. SI TROVA VICINO AL MARE E ANCHE AL PARCO QUINDI PER CHIA HA ANCHE UN CANE E' VERAMENTE L'IDEALE. IN PIU' SI ARRIVA ANCHE A PIEDI AL PARCO GIOCHI SERALE QUINDI ANCHE LA SERA NON E' NECESSARIO PRENDERE LA MACCHINA PER USCIRE.SICURAMENTE UN OTTIMA SOLUZIONI PER UNA FAMIGLIA CON BAMBINI.
