Great property and very clean. Finding the location is a little tricky. We had a little snafu with the fold out sofa, but overall a good experience.

Everything about this property was perfect. Communication with the host was amazing. The grounds were beautiful. Very close to town and markets, within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to park. I see this house becoming an annual retreat for the 6 of us. Already planning next year and plan on staying longer this time.

This is a clean, comfortable, and well placed home. It has a large beautiful deck overlooking the Salmon River. It is in a quiet location and is within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, and the grocery store. A short drive gets you to some sandy beaches for relaxing and swimming. I've stayed twice in the last year and will likely stay again.

Relaxed by the River

Very comfortable accommodations! Inside everything is very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, outside the space is great! Whether on the deck or under a shade tree on the green lawn overlooking the river, it was a very relaxing stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Our favorite Riggins stay so far!!

We loved how close this property was to town which made it a lot easier to check-in for our event and go out for entertainment in the evenings!! The house was clean and warm and had everything we needed for our short stay. Also, a beautiful view!! Hope to stay here again in the future!
