Welcome to Twilight Vines, an AvantStay home!
With unparalleled views and unique amenities, including a full wine cellar and theater room, this sprawling estate is a sight to behold. Upon arrival, guests will step into a spacious, open floor plan that allows groups to comfortably mosey from the dining and kitchen areas to the living and billiards rooms. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light and offer panoramic views of the expansive outdoor space and surrounding vineyards. Outside, guests can spend their time lounging by the pool and hot tub, playing a game of volleyball, or enjoying BBQ from the fully equipped summer kitchen. After a day of wine tasting, kick back and relax by the fire pit or watch the sunset from the gazebo. Cheers!

- Please note that due to its secluded location, cell reception and WiFi is limited at our home.
- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
- Our putting green comes with mini golf putters. Please only use these putters on the green. Metal putters are not allowed, as they can damage the surface of the green.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- Please note that the fireplace in the family room near the kitchen is no longer available for guest use.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home.
- No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home.
Parking Details:
- A maximum of 5 cars can park onsite.
- Driveway parking is available.
- Street parking and garage parking are not available.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
