Plus, a bunkroom just 7 steps from the main cabin as shown in the cabin photos, complete with 3 twin bunkbeds sleeping 6, plenty of floor space, with a big comfy couch and smart tv, game table, and a perfect full bathroom with tub/shower.
Outside is just as comfortable as the inside, with wicker furniture between the cabin and bunkhouse around the outdoor fireplace and tv by the large, private hot tub, a corn hole game, 3 rocking chairs and a massive picnic table with bench seating just out the living room doors, and additional seating on the grill deck. Down the steps to the private firepit area, where the adventure awaits with the head of a hiking trail into the Ouachita National Forest. Just one and a half miles from restaurants and shops on Lukfata Trail, and three miles from Hochatown dining and fun, and the entrances to Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park!

Clean, clear and beautiful twenty-two mile long Broken Bow Lake has lots of small beaches, its boat marina, several locations of boat ramps, boat rental vendors and camping/ picnic/swim areas.
Beavers Bend State Park which is mainly the beautiful river and hills area south of the dam with more rental vendors, campgrounds and picnic areas, along with many hiking trails plus a museum and nature center.
The Ouachita National Forest has many miles of off road vehicle driving on old logging roads, with some of them restricted to hiking or horse riding only.
The town of Hochatown has many restaurants, equipment rentals, and fun activities for kids and adults alike, including the famous Wildlife Rescue Center and Petting Zoo.
