Large 700 sq. ft. 1 bedroom apartment, newly renovated, in a Historic building in Downtown Olympia. 2nd floor walkup. Exquisitely furnished kitchen with everything you could need. If its not there, just ask! Double convection Kitchen aid Ovens, Glass 4 burner cooktop, quartz counters, Vitamix, food processor, instapot, Coffee pot, Coffee Burr grinder, Electric water kettle, Heavy clad SS pots and pans.

Excellent unlimited high speed internet. Stream multiple zoom calls or TV with ease.

Large windows, skylight, gourmet kitchen, exposed brick, 10' ceilings, King Temper Pedic brand bed, washer/dryer, in the unit. Fully furnished and turn key. Some pictures were taken while the apartment was empty, but it is fully furnished. This is brand new to the VRBO furnished market August, 2021.

    The place was very nice and the owner great to work with. It was an employee of our company that stayed and told me he was very happy with everything and had no problems. Sorry I have no specific items to list except I did the booking and found the owners very pleasant and easy to work with.

    Ben and Beth own and manage several commercial(retail, office, apartments) and smaller residential properties in Olympia Washington. While not native to Olympia we are both 30 year residents of the Pacific Northwest and have now settled into Olympia.

    We are also sailing instructors and own and operate the American Sailing Association affiliate school 'Sail Olympia' out of Swantown Marina based out of Olympia.

    Why they chose this property

    This building was my first restoration project in Olympia. It is a fabulous 19th century building with magnificent bones, but not a lot of updating in the last 130 years. I took the building to the studs and rebuilt with only minor modifications to the existing floor plan. It was a major undertaking as there were only two shared bathrooms for the whole floor of 13 apartments. Don't worry, each apartment now has its own bathroom. I was able to save a few of the architecture details of the original building including wide hallways, 10' ceilings, brick walls and fabulous original skylights.

    The space that couldn't be made into apartments are now small personal offices used by the residents of the building or outside small businesses.
