All bedding is changed and washed in hot water per visit. The owner has multiple replacement sets of all bedding and bathroom towels. Supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are also provided. A mobile air conditioner is now included along with fans. Property is cleaned and sanitized by the owner after every guest. Additional cleaning products are left in the closet for guests who might need them. A Smart TV and Wifi is also provided.
