Apartment of 30 m2, ideal 2-4 people, 5 people possible, completely renovated in 2015, the ground floor in a traditional Savoyard chalet. A small south facing terrace allows sunbathing and admiring the view of the plateau SAIX.
Quiet, starting from the Col de Joux Plane, 700m from the center of SAMOENS and 800m free shuttles (Bridge Clévieux) for access to ski lifts. In winter, you can fully enjoy the beautiful area of ​​the "Grand Massif" which includes the stations of SAMOENS Les Carroz, Sixt, Morillon and Flaine. The summer of many activities such as white water sports, climbing, paragliding are possible.
The apartment has lots of charm and is very functional with an equipped kitchen and a single bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
A private wine cellar and a common cellar is available to store a wide variety of equipment (skis, bicycles, paragliders ...)

Charmant petit appartement, très confortable

Couple avec un enfant, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le chalet Le Torrent. L'appartement est bien situé, bien exposé, fraîchement refait, pas très grand mais très bien agencé et équipé, avec une literie de qualité et un chauffage performant. Petit bémol pour la vaisselle un peu limitée et fatiguée, mais super bon point pour les paniers qui permettent de sécher les gants et les bonnets, et pour la cave qui accueille le matériel de ski ou de randonnée. Propriétaires attentifs et d'un bon contact. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Appartement très agréable et tres au calme

La description est conforme pour cet appartement très bien refait et qui a gardé tout son charme. La situation est parfaite, très proche du centre, tout en étant au calme. Parking devant l'appartement et accès à la cave privative nous ont bien servi pour le matériel de randonnée. Petite terrasse bien agréable. Nous reviendrons l'été prochain.

Appartement neuf et confortable

Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois dans cet appartement à l'occasion de week-ends entre amis (4 adultes), été comme hiver. A chaque fois nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement complètement refait et confortable. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et de bon conseil pour découvrir le coin en particulier à pied ou à vélo (merci pour les randonnées au lac d'Anterne, du cirque de Sixt-Fer à Cheval et la découverte de la via ferrata du Mont). L'appartement est proche du centre du village de Samoëns très vivant quelle que soit la saison. La petite terrasse permet de prendre un verre dehors après une bonne randonnée en été. Pour l'hiver, les pistes sont facilement accessibles grâce aux navettes. Si l'on préfère prendre la voiture le trajet est court (à peine 5 min) et il est facile de se garer. Le domaine du Grand Massif est très sympa en particulier lorsque le temps est dégagé et que l'on peut voir le Mont-Blanc. Au plaisir de revenir passer un week-end dans cet appartement pour sillonner cette jolie région.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement neuf et tout confort (cf photos). On ne se marche pas dessus même avec un petit en bas âge et on dort bien au calme. Facile d'accès, le centre du village est à quelques minutes à pied pour les grands et les petits. Les propriétaires sont attentifs et disponibles ce qui est très appréciable. À recommander.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce magnifique appartement. La décoration est soignée et tout est neuf. Endroit paisible et calme et le centre du village se trouve à proximité pour les commodités. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et sympatique.
