Sunset Waterfront Resort is one of Kelowna’s finest luxury resort accommodations located in the heart of downtown Kelowna. This luxury resort offers panoramic views of the city and beautiful mountains along with stunning views of Okanagan Lake. Located right on the Waterfront, there are miles of waterfront walkways offering visitors a relaxing park-like setting. You are within walking distance to coffee shops, stores, and restaurants as well as a casino and live entertainment venues.

This 4 bedroom (1 is windowless(den)), 3 bathroom suite features Lake Views. The master bedroom provides a King Bed with Ensuite, Queen bed with Ensuite in the second bedroom, Queen Bed and 2 Twin beds (T2K) in the remaining bedrooms. This suite provides an additional main bathroom and Queen sized sofa bed. It is equipped to accommodate 8 guests.

Each suite is fully equipped with all that’s needed to serve 6 adults and 2 children, 4 TV’s located in the master bedroom, living room, second bedroom, third bedroom as well as the fourth bedroom/den. Full cable service along with high speed internet, as well as extra towels and linens, washer and dryer and laundry supplies and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the secured, undercover building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space.

Disappointed is an understatement

If your looking for a place to relax and be stress free then this is not the place for you! Arrived to the rental to find someone working on the air conditioning. Spent 4 days and 3 nights out of our 10 day rental with half the unit roasting. Received a call asking to have our car moved ASAP as it was in the wrong stall. Drove an hour to get back to the rental only to find out they were wrong and we were in the correct stall. You work all year to get your holidays and then you end up disappointed and stressed the entire time. After repeatedly pushing for compensation we finally received a measly 10% back. Save on money and stress keep looking.

We loved the views and the location, place wasn’t clean in some areas and 2 of the shower heads on the bathrooms fell on our heads, the other shower head leaks badly and weren’t good. The entrance was super dirty and the mat rundown.
