The newly constructed apartment is located a few steps from Cascade Creek with up-to-date appliances, large gathering area and fully furnished. The large kitchen with balcony provide our guests with a unique ocean front view, including a breathtaking view of Mt. Edgecumbe. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed with attached bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and bunk bed along with an unattached, large bath with washer and dryer. *Please note ~ We unfortunately do not have an elevator so if doing stairs is an issue for any of your party, our property would not be a good fit.

We stayed at “The View” for our daughter’s graduation from Mt. Edgecumbe High School. The location is right on the water, with incredible oceanfront views. The location is impeccably clean and the host was wonderful! We hope to stay here again for our next daughter’s graduation in 2029.

Peaceful Retreat

The outside was deceiving as to how nice this VRBO was. I had a wonderful weekend with my sons. The view from the patio was amazing. The property manage communicated quickly and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful accommodations right on the water overlooking bald eagles on the beach. Very clean, spacious and well supplied. Ideal location just 2 blocks from the large grocery and liquor stores. Hello! Thank you viewing our property. My husband Richard and myself (Caryn) have lived in beautiful Sitka for almost 20 years now and we love it! It's beauty and friendly people make it a true paradise.

Why they chose this property

We (our family) all worked together to build/make this apartment. Its large kitchen and living area makes it very comfortable for any size group. Having the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it can accommodate a family or 2 couples very easily. We are very happy how it all came together.

What makes this property unique

Our ocean front view of Mt Edgecumbe volcano (dormant) changes every day, all day long! Sunsets can be breathtaking so keep your camera handy at all times!
