We have lived in Ann Arbor since 1995 (transplants from San Francisco). We have three children in their upper teens and early 20s. Ian is an Episcopal priest and Nan is an Executive, Leadership, and Team coach. What else would you like to know?
Why they chose this property
Over twenty years ago, we spent almost a year looking for just the right home and just the right location for our family. When we saw this property for sale, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family for decades to come. A charming house, lovely neighborhood, great schools, a big yard, a stone's throw from the gorgeous Nichols Arboretum, walking distance to virtually everything!
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! This area is so beautiful, and we love being so close to the Arboretum (we go there a lot!) and love being so close to everything.
The house itself was designed by a prominent local architect – it is so well-built and beautifully designed – it has all the charm that we were looking for.
