Studio 21 m2 equipped for 4 people (Ideally 2 adults and 2 children). In the heart of the resort. Residence LES ARAVIS. (one of the most sought after residences in the famous place of the MENUIRES). The view from the balcony is a permanent show about the life of the resort.
Departure and return to the ski-in ski-out studio.
Children's toboggan run in front of the balcony. Free treadmill for beginners in front of the apartment.
Balcony ground floor facing South West sunny all day.
Many shops, restaurants and services nearby (equipment rental), 2 mini-markets, press, ESF, packages, cinema, sports center with spa, swimming pool and gym ...).
Access to the shops and all the services of the station without going outside. A privileged location on the Croisette. Direct access to ski schools and departure of the courses.
The car is useless for the duration of the stay.
2 individual bunk beds of 80 cms + 1 sofa BZ forming sleeping 160 cms x 205 cms for 2 people. A folding baby bed and a high chair if needed are available. Toilet with washbasin and WC. Kitchen with double electric hob microwave mini oven fridge coffee maker, raclette and fondue set, toaster.
Ski locker on the balcony. Individual ski locker lockable in common area near the apartment.
The family resort of Les Menuires is part of the domain of the 3 valleys. The largest ski area in the world with 650 kms of slopes.
Ski connection with Méribel, Val Thorens, Couchevel and St Martin de Belleville.

You can also go cross-country skiing, hiking or snowshoeing. From the sleigh ride pulled by dogs. From sledding on a 4 km runway.

The most wonderful holiday we stayed for the whole of Jan with our 2 children, from the moment we arrived Patrice and Cath were so helpful with everything we can not recommend enough already booked to come back, the accomodation was perfect had everything you would need for a perfect ski holiday amazing location, especially for children. Amazing hosts A holiday we will remember forever, highly recommend

Easiest ski holiday i have had 5 minute walk from bus stop or car park plenty of hire shops with out having to leave the complex, being on the ground floor just plonk skies over wall and walk round and ski down to one of the lifts. The apartment has every thing you need for self catering and there is plenty of choice at the mini supermarkets the take away pizza shop is a good choice when fed up with cooking. Will hopefully return next year.

Very welcoming hosts, warm and cozy apartment straight on the slope and side by side with magic carpet for kids, ski-in just to the doors of our apartment, access to all the amenities without need to leave the premises, nice view. Overall very happy and can't recommend enough! Big thank you!

Great Holiday

The location of the studio is great, it is in the complex in central location of the resort. Contains all the equipment you’d need to spend great holiday. The host and his friends were very friendly and hospitable, they provided all the instructions accurately, made sure we have all what we need for great skiing (including sunny weather :)) Recommend for all funa of super skiing :)

The apartment is in a great location. Directly at the ski lift so that you can climb directly onto the skier. The apartment is functional, everything is there what you need. The contact with the landlord was completely problem-free. It was a nice holiday and we will be back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Patrice et Catherine, qui ont été charmant avec nous. Nous avons passé 2 mois dans cet appartement qui possède tout le confort et où l'espace est très bien optimisé. Le fait d'être en front de neige et au rez-de-chaussée est un véritable plus. Nous rangions nos ski sur la terrasse sans avoir à passer par un local. Notre fils de 3 ans pouvait faire du ski juste en face grâce au tapis pour débutant. Génial!! Merci pour tout et à bientôt on l'espère.

Très agréable séjour. Studio équipé de Tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir Comme à la maison. Le propriétaire nous attendait, pour nous faciliter le stationnement qui peut être galère en période de vacances scolaires. Une bouteille dans le frigo ! Très agréable attention non ? Studio eT linge fourni propre ( couettes et oreillers) ET Tout équipé pour entretenir avec un bon aspirateur. Peut être utile pour du linge en sac sous vide. En plus, pour les parents BZ de 160*200 ! Tout neuf ! Donc studio confortable ++++++ Deux relax pour prendre le soleil sur le balcon ....pour qui ne skie pas. Studio devant la piste luge et petite piste d'entraînement avec tapis de remontée gratuit . Idéal pour les enfants ! Le coffre à ski sur le balcon un vrai plus !!! Rentrés de balade les skis font une pause sur le balcon. Idéalement situé, Tout se trouve à proximité : boulangerie médecin pharmacie alimentation petites boutiques et surtout location de matériel et école de ski. Nous n'avons pas touché la voiture de la semaine. Galeries dessous la station qui permettent d éviter de sortir par mauvais temps. Station très vivante, animations chaque jour. Wooops j ai peur d'en dire trop ! Ca va afficher complet on ne pourra plus y retourner ! Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs délicates attentions qui ont fait de ce séjour de géniales premières vacances ski pour notre fille de 9 ans. Je recommande sincèrement 😉

Superb location

Excellent apartment having everything you need for a self catering holiday. Location cannot be bettered, being on ground floor adjacent to magic carpet for beginners. Only 3minute walk to apartment from bus station if using Bens Bus from the airport. This will be our first choice for any return to Les Menuires.

Avons passe 1 semaine splendide, studio ideal pour les skieurs et les non skieurs, bravo pour les chaises longues pour profiter du soleil, descriptif 100% exact pas de mauvaise surprise tout y est top et le proprietaire est arrangeant et super sympa, aucune hesitation a avoir allez y les yeux fermes et profitez de la proximitee des pistes et du centre ville.
