This stunning apartment, which is located in one of Paris' chicest neighborhoods, was recently fully renovated to include two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms and a thoroughly modern kitchen. The gorgeous high ceilings, original exposed wood beams, and massive windows create a stunning atmosphere. This incredibly central location is just steps from the Musee du Louvre, and the Palais Royal. New air conditioning installed in January 2019.

While this is the first time on VRBO, this apartment consistently receives 5-star reviews from the other booking sites it is currently on.

Bonjour! We would be delighted to have you stay in our apartment and know you will love this prestigious building located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Paris. Ideally located in the 1st arrondissement, this charming apartment is in the heart of Paris and surrounded by the most beautiful Parisian monuments. You are just a 5-minute walk from the Louvre, Jardins des Tuileries, and a mere 10 minutes to Place Vendôme. A short distance to the Seine means you have access to the water hop on hop off boats too. Enjoy the sites by day and return to your luxurious and quiet apartment by night.

This elegant 2-bedroom apartment 2-Bathroom is in a fantastic 18th-century building, and there is a long list of amenities, and I can assure you that we have just what every traveler needs and expects. Besides our apartment being sparkling clean, some of the services and Amenities that I include are: air conditioning *master bedroom with queen bed * a second bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed * 2 ensuite bathrooms, one with a tub and shower and one with only a shower *Complimentary Wi-Fi *Land line with free local calls *Clothes washer *Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker *hairdryer *Non-Smoking!

The layout of this lovely apartment is ideal for up to 4 people whether it’s a couple(s) or families. We're also within a short distance of the Eiffel Tower, Musée d'Orsay, Musée Rodin Museum and École Militaire. The Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, Hôtel de Ville and the iconic Palace of Versailles are just minutes away as well.

The neighborhood surrounding our apartment is very Parisian, full of cafes, bakeries, shopping, quiet at night. We're only a few minutes walk to the Seine, and I highly recommend the guided boat tours. We're also within walking distance of The Louvre, Rodin Museum and École Militaire that is located adjacent to the Eiffel Tower. The Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, Hôtel de Ville and the iconic Palace of Versailles are just minutes away as well.

We have an excellent apartment manager, Patricia Giriat who's first language is French but she speaks impeccable English, and she will meet you upon your arrival to not only give you keys but also familiarize you with the apartment workings.

Lovely Apartmen near Lourve!

We were incredibly pleased with our stay in Paris and can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this apartment! It's well-appointed with all the amenities you need for your comfort and entertainment. The decor is charming and includes unique art pieces, setting the mood for your Parisian holiday. The location is fantastic! Just a 5-7 minute walk to Chatelet Les Halles station and 10 minute walk to the Lourve! There are many delicious cafes nearby as well. I highly recommend a stay at this locale. Thank you Lisa & Brigette!

Comfort in Paris

Lovely apartment in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, restored Samaritane department store, lots of bistros, restaurants, shops and the les Halles park. The only thing that was less than perfect was the a/c, which consisted of a single unit in the living area, nothing but a portable fan in the bedrooms. Fortunately, the outside temperature each day was moderate. I suppose that it can be forgiven, due to the rest of the apartment's amenities. Overall, a real home to come back to after a day of exploring Paris.

Can't ask for a better apartment, in a beautiful famous street next to the Louve and all the great attractions. The apartment is exactly as described, the host was amazing, punctual and very friendly. Met us at the apartment was in constant communication with us. You can't go wrong with this apartment.

The property is very well located, only a short walk from the Louvre. It was easy to access the subway and the hop-on, hop-off bus. There were several excellent cafes and a great bakery almost right outside the door. A supermarket around the corner made it very easy to pick up a few things and the kitchen is well equipped should you want to eat in. There was some construction going on in the hallways and perhaps in another apartment in the building but it didn't disturb us at all. The apartment was very clean and Patricia, with whom I communicated before arriving and who met us at the door, was excellent o work with and returned all my texts immediately. The two of us each had a separate bedroom and bathroom. It might not be particularly comfortable for two couples who are used to queen size or king size beds but it you're comfortable sharing a double, this apartment would also work for two couples.

Most recently, Lisa was the head of a thriving hospitality group with multiple properties in a range of locations and hundreds of employees.
