ROSCOFF: PLEASANT LARGE HOUSE WITH GARDEN, SEA VIEW, CLOSE TO THE BEACHES

The house is located on a very quiet location allowing ballads between land and sea. You will appreciate the path (300 m) leading to the beaches bordered by artichoke fields and various market garden crops typical of Finistère.
Enjoy cool activities such as fishing on foot, discovering the exotic garden but also visiting this small "privateer" town with its marina (800 m) or its fishing port with its auction, crossing to Ile de Batz or visit the bay of MORLAIX by boat ... In short, all the activities for a total change of scenery.
The house is comfortably furnished to accommodate up to 8 people.
Easy access to shops: supermarket 400 m.
For spa guests: access to thalassotherapy is 800 m.

Tout est parfait : Pour commencer, un accueil agréable et chaleureux. Une maison très bien située à proximité de la plage et du sentier côtier. Une maison confortable, décorée avec goût et avec tout l’équipement souhaitable. Un wifi performant (pas fréquent en Bretagne). Une propriété au calme. Je recommande vraiment cette location.

Notre séjour à Roscoff, avril 2019

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée et spacieuse. Le jardin est agréable et très bien entretenu. La location est bien située à proximité de la mer, du GR 34. Tout était conforme à l'annonce du site. Le quartier est calme et l'accueil est sympathique.
