Seaside house 10 persons sauna jacuzzi

Opening August 2025<br><br>Hello and welcome to Santec aux Hirondelles!!<br><br>We are Corinne and Arnaud Glidic, parents of 3 dolls (Léa, Marion and Anais) and would be delighted to welcome you to one of our houses for the time of a holiday with family or friends.<br><br>Both natives of Santec and Roscoff and in love with our beautiful region, we wanted to create places where we could receive you as friends, we tried to do everything to make sure you were well!<br><br>We are very pleased to present our 3rd house for 10 people located at 45 impasse des Hirondelles with outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor sauna, 600 m2 fully enclosed grounds, 4 parking spaces and only 30 metres from the beach of Le Prat.<br><br>It has the pretty name "Les Hirondelles" and is located in a very quiet private cul-de-sac. <br><br>We completely renovated it in 2024-2025.<br><br>Like our other houses we had a great time making it welcoming, warm, cosy, so that you feel at home!<br><br>The villa "Les Hirondelles" is composed as follows:<br><br>5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a bathroom and 3 toilets.<br><br>On the ground floor: you have a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and a living room with English billiards, and television with Orange decoder, a bedroom with a double bed of 160x200, television, shower room with independent walk-in shower and a separate toilet.<br><br>Upstairs: there are 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, television, a shower room with walk-in shower and a toilet. Then finally, 2 bedrooms with 80x200 beds (which can be pushed together to make 2 beds of 160x200), a television in each room, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.<br>Beds are made and towels for the jacuzzi are provided.<br>Wifi throughout the house.<br><br>Go to the beach in flip-flops, sun cream and towel or have a jacuzzi, a pool table, a sauna, or even sip a drink on the terrace in the sun... can you see yourself there???<br>This is the recipe for HAPPINESS to spend an excellent holiday...<br><br>So... what are you waiting for to come and see us?<br><br>The house of the Hirondelles is located right next to our house in Le Prat (Ad N° AB 1999348 and 500 metres from the villa of Pouldu with indoor swimming pool Ad N° AB 641155)<br><br>See you soon...<br><br>Corinne, Arnaud, Léa, Marion and Anaïs<br><br>Cleaning possible at an additional cost and beyond one week<br><br>Pets not allowed
