What makes this property unique
We had the chance to “unearth” and purchase this villa in Carantec in 2010.
We renovated this villa in order to modernise what already existed.
But from the beginning, the “asset” of this villa on which we had a crush was this beautiful sea, this wonderful setting, 300 m from the sea and 500 m from the town centre where you can visit the market on foot, especially as shops are open on Sunday!
In Carantec, our hosts will find crêperies and restaurants including Patrick Jeffroy’s restaurant that boasts of a 2 star classification in the Michelin Guide.
There is a beautiful market on Thursday morning with local quality products.
In 2013, the villa has been extended with a 8x4 m indoor pool, a winter garden and a care room where external professionals can come upon request to deliver beauty and reflexology treatments.
All this will guarantee pleasant and successful holidays, no matter the weather!
