What a great location, just a short trip down the street to the Beach Club, Seabrook Island Club House, Pelicans Nest and more importantly THE BEACH! Four big BR's/ 3 Full Baths and 1 Half Bath with direct access to 2 charming screened porches, (1st and 2nd story), on the rear of the home. As soon as you walk in the front door you are greeted with a bright, friendly coastal vibe that continues throughout this delightful home. The main living area is ready for you to sit back and linger as you enjoy the easy living on Seabrook Island. The open floor plan integrates everyone into the vacation fun. The custom kitchen is a cook's delight and ready for you to prepare your favorite recipes. Dine inside at the table with ample seating for 8 plus 3 barstools. The laundry room features a full size washer and dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen. There is a 2nd primary bedroom on the first floor with 2 queen beds and en suite bath. This bedroom also has access to the deck and screened porch.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king bed, en suite bath and access to the 2nd floor screened porch. Cross the breezeway and the other 2 bedrooms await. A twin/full bunk bed in one and a queen bed in the other that also has access to the screened porch. These bedrooms share a full hall access bath.
The owners have truly thought of everything to make your stay the best ever. You will LOVE this one! Enjoy everything that Seabrook has to offer from this wonderful home.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
