Property was clean and the host was very communicative in making sure we could enter when we arrived. On the whole the property was as advertised but as with all properties it was lacking in some general maintenance. Nothing which really affected our stay and we all really enjoyed staying in the house and in Benodet. The BBQ was great by the way.If you plan to stay in benodet and eat out we would suggest pre-booking restaurants, we struggled some evenings with a larger group to find somewhere to eat.

The large heated pool was the the feature most enjoyed by us six adults and four children. Tip: bring plenty of inflatable toys but beware of getting splinters from the wooden edges. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use and two big fridges was a boon. We also made good use of the massive lawn at rear. Hot tub was in main bathroom but not used due to low water pressure, but not needed in hot weather. Great location in quiet street with ten minute walk to bakery and supermarket.Would definitely hope to return one day.

Great place!

Beautiful large family house - very well equipped and in a great location - country lane walk to local boulangerie and 15 min walk into Bénodet along the estuary! Great comfortable beds. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic accommodation

We have just returned from a two week stay at this property. The photos do not do it justice! Very clean, well equipped, lovely pool and a walkable distance from the beach. Worth noting that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is downstairs which is perfect for anyone who struggles with stairs.

The perfect house for a family holiday.

We enjoyed a fabulous week in Benodet, staying at this superb property. An executive, lartge detached house in large gardens, perfect for the large family gathering.Modern, contemporary and benefitting from excellent quality appliances and overall facilities. Some minor inconveniences, with the WIFI strength being erratic, the master bedroom TV not working, nor the Jacuzzi bath, but these were no big problem really. The overall layout of the house lends itself perfectly for a large family to live with space and comfort.Often, a true opinion of a property is whether we would return again. The answer is...........YES!!

On s'y sent bien!!! Triste quant on part.

Merveilleuse vacances

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
