Apartment equipped for 4 beds which consists of a bedroom with double bed and another with two single beds, separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with double sink fitted with a bathtub, washing machine, separate WC , wifi internet connection available.

With its micro climate and its sweetness of life, the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas is a renowned tourist resort which is located in the heart of the Var Riviera, facing the Golden Islands accessible by boat and at the foot of the Massif des Maures just 9km from the Fort de Bregançon, 40km from St Tropez and its luxurious boats ...

In addition to the various places of worship to visit such as the Saint François de Paule Chapel, the Notre Dame de Constance Chapel or the Saint-Trophyme Church, Bormes-les-Mimosas has a very beautiful Museum of Art and History to visit , and the Castle of the Lords of Fos.

Today, Bormes-les-Mimosas lists some 90 different mimosa varieties. Bormes is one of the most beautiful villages in Provence and has many labels: "4 flowers" since 1970, the "national grand prize for flowering" since 2000 and the "gold medal" in the European cities competition & flowering villages in 2003.

Trop beau et très bien placé

Superbe location située sur le port très très bien placée et très bien orientée; calme assuré. L'appartement est finement aménagé, avec gout et la déco est vraiment top. C'est même trop beau pour une location de vacances. La clim est appréciable dans les chambres, le reste des pièces est suffisamment ventilé Nous pensons certainement y revenir l'année prochaine.

Tolle Ferienwohnung im Hafen, unweit von Stränden und Restaurants. In 5 Min hat man zu Fuß einen Bäcker, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants erreicht. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon sieht man den Strand, von Küche und Wohnzimmer direkt auf die Liegeplätze im Hafen. Check-in und Check-out waren toll von Annie organisiert, die sich auch sonst umgehend um alles kümmerte. Als die Waschmaschine nicht funktionierte ist sie sofort gekommen und konnte das Problem lösen. Garage ist zugegebenermaßen etwas klein. Dennoch waren wir froh um diese und unser Auto mit Dachbox hatte auch Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons été mon mari et moi même très agréablement surpris par le magnifique appartement situé sur le port. Appartement très propre, bien agencé, aménagé avec beaucoup de goûts, la décoration sur le thème de la mer est splendide dans toutes les pièces et dans les moindres détails. Garage a disposition. Situation et vu de l'appartement sur le port et la mer. Piscine. Endroit calme. Appartement très propre. Très bien situé sur le port et très proche de la plage, parfait !!!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cet endroit très calme sur le port. super restaurants !!!! Pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer vers les commerces . Habitants de Bormes et vacanciers agréables et super sympas . Sans oublier cette dame d'accueil lors de notre arrivé ANNIE ,très agréable avec un professionnalisme remarquable . On y est toujours aussi bien

Ce fut notre deuxième séjour et c’est toujours avec autant de plaisir plus une belle surprise par rapport à l’an dernier: une salle de bain entièrement refaite à neuf et très réussie. Avec la semaine de canicule, la climatisation a été précieuse, surtout pour nos nuits ! L’endroit est toujours aussi calme ce qui est rare en pleine saison. Jamais 2 sans 3 ? 😀

Tolle Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Hafen von Bormes. Solch eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung hatten wir noch nie. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Strand ist 2 Minuten entfernt, der leckere Bäcker 5 Minuten.

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und vor allem mit Annie vor Ort war sehr herzlich und nett, es war auch kein Problem das wir früher angekommen sind. Die Wohnung liegt im Hafen und der Blick aufs Meer ist super. Die Garage ist der einzige Stellplatz und recht eng, aber ein Van hat dennoch gepasst. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, groß genug und es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Lediglich das Bad könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne was nicht schlimm wäre, aber die Glasabtrennung ist sehr kurz und man muss beim Duschen schon sehr aufpassen das man nicht den Boden flutet. Eine abgetrennte Dusche wäre schöner und zeitgemäßer. Sonst ist das Bad groß genug für vier Personen. Das WC ist sehr klein aber ausreichend - leider ohne Fenster. Zum Bäcker und kleinen Geschäften sowie einem Petit Casino-Supermarkt geht man in 5-10 Minuten. Der fußläufig zu erreichende Strand La Faviere ist schön groß, wobei im Herbst natürlich nicht viel los war. Aktuell wird der Gebäudekomplex gerade von außen renoviert, daher ist mit Baulärm etc. zu rechnen. Bei uns ging es noch da dieses Gebäude schon renoviert war - die benachbarten Gebäude waren aber schon eingerüstet. Der Balkon geht zum Innenhof und ist so ausgerichtet das man ab mittags dort die Sonne hat. Man kann trotz der Bebauung noch den Strand und einen Teil vom Meer sehen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Bonjour Sa été un grand plaisir de vous avoir eu comme locataire Vous avez raison pour la salle de bain à ce jour nous somme entrain de la refaire complètement du sol au plafond Il y aura qu’un seul lavabo avec une grande douche, celle ci aurait dû être refaite pour la saison, mais les ouvriers on eu un empêchement c’est pour cela que nous la faisons en ce moment Et pour le garage malheureusement c’est le sud à cette époque ils n’ont pas prévu que les voitures aller être de plus en plus grosse 😩 A la période que vous êtes venus, c’est plus pour visiter et faire de la marche car effectivement les activités se font en pleine saison J’espère quand même vous recevoir à nouveau Cordialement F.Genard
